Fastop Market

They've always been extremely nice. I witnessed 4 customers, 3 Fastop employees, a city cop AND a subway employee trying to help a couple trying to get to her mother's funeral, but their tire blew & there was no spare. This was a Sunday night around 10pm. That should tell you how East Tennesseans are in general. I had to leave about an hour later, and 2 of the employees were still there after their shift ended...

The folks here are friendly and helpful. Never to busy to share a kind word and a smile. I stop here often and service is always excellent.

Clean

Has Bus/RV parking on site, has restrooms just not clean, shelves not stacked/ missing some items probably just a late delivery, other than that Subway in store or McDonald's next door, Enjoy a mini break here!

Seems clean, generally good, not a lot of parking space for this location.

ALWAYS GET GAS THERE WHEN IN TOWN, ALWAYS CLEAN WITH SHELL GAS

The workers always an attitude. Except Moe he is always smiling and very happy

Very disappointed in this store I've been coming here for 5 years and never had an issue but I ask for vuse but the lady gave me juul if you can't read the difference between vuse and juul then don't work in a gas station plus the manager had an uppity attitude if you can't take it back fine but don't be uppity because I was raised you give attitude I give it right back. I can not stress enough if you do not know customer service then don't be in management. First time I have ever been disappointed in this establishment

You cannot get your receipt at the gas pump. They just do not do there job.

If you want a receipt you have to ask them.

This mean the manager isn't do his or her job either.

They get an "F" They don't even deserve one star.

You Have Been Warned !

We were in this store Monday 8/27 around 4 in the evening. They were absolutely playing the most offensive music I have ever heard in a store or anywhere for that matter. Most people don't care to hear pornograpic music in a store while they buy a coke.. bad enough when you are by yourself.. but worse when you have your family with you. Won't ever go back there.

We usually stop in this store a lot on our way home from work ,but won’t be doin our business here anymore....was on our way home from work had a lot of expensive tools and equipment in back of the truck so we parked kinda sideways in the parking lot just so we could keep an eye on the equipment and bought some ice ,milk, and a 12 pack of beer. The little young blonde headed guy wouldn’t sell him the beer because he thought he was drunk because he parked that way....just wanted to go home relax after a long hard day and crack a beer but he’ll no....so yeah won’t be back
