Great customer service from an associate named Trey. I had gone in there for Nike socks but the ones I wanted were sold out. I settled for a different pair but was able to find the exact pair I wanted elsewhere. Trey was just as kind and helpful when I came to return the pair I had settled on as he was when I was making my purchase! Manager, great hire!

I wish I knew the 2 gentlemen’s name that helped me.. From the time I walked through the door they greeted me with smiles and hello’s. They made my entire experience worth coming in the store that day!!

Brittany is wonderful! I took my daughter to get softball gear and she was so helpful! My daughter is between shoe sizes and she made sure she got the right sized cleats in her favorite color. She even ordered them from another store for us. Thank you Brittany you are awesome. You made my daughters night : ).

The crew talked me into getting a pair of Brooks that has made a life change to my muscles.My son had to order the Air Force 1’s and they came to the house a half size to big. They excepted the pair back with no questions, had the new ones delivered to the store and he is good to go now. Thank you Hibbetts Crew for all your help putting a smile on our face.
