The store has a wide variety of liquors, beer, and wine. The shelves are always stocked and neatly organized. The staff there will always lend a hand finding something or even help narrow down a taste you're looking for. They are always bringing new stuff in and have the best prices around. They also sometimes have tastings and events.

The guys that run this store were so helpful and accommodating as I have had in a long time.

Massive selection .. the front counter checkout was honest with me about her knowledge of Whiskey and Bourbon, "I'm new to the whiskey world, so I shouldn't give you too much advice". .what an honest breathe of fresh air!

I’m a private chef and use Parkway exclusively for all my events and dinners. Selection is solid and if they don’t have it they’ll get it. I work with Cindy and she is an example of what customer service should look like in businesses today. Overall amazing place.

John is top notch! I called he said yeah we got it I will hold it for you! I literally drive 6 hours round trip to purchase it! Happy wife happy life!

I've been to the Smyrna location a few times before, but finally stopped into Spring Hill location today. John was incredibly helpful, and one of the other ladies was really knowledgeable about bourbon too. I appreciated their help and will definitely be back! This is a great store!

Stopped into Parkway to get the elements to a successful margarita night. They had a good selection of tequila with a very highly rated one for under $20 dollars.

Every single time I've been in this store, the staff has gone above and beyond to assist me. I'm usually "that" customer, the one in the liquor store trying to buy a gift for someone who likes a type of alcohol I don't care for, so I have a million questions about what I should buy. Every staff member I've ever dealt with has been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and they never make me feel like I'm bothering them or asking too many questions. They also make suggestions, and it's rarely the most expensive item, so I know they're suggesting what they actually like or what is popular. They have many "store picks" available (where a knowledgeable member of their staff goes to a distillery and personally chooses a specific barrel or batch of a brand that you can't get anywhere else), and when I've gifted these in the past, the recipient always raves about how good it is. They have a large selection, the store is clean and well laid out, and their staff is fantastic. Special shout out to Chloe and Kala (I don't think I got the second name right - she wrote it down for me, and I think I'm transcribing it incorrectly. I'm so sorry!) who helped me out tonight. They were so sweet and helpful and fun... I look forward to seeing them again!

I am writing this store at 5 star because of the experience Thomas was really great the other young man which I do not know his name was amazing sample some things I wind up buying you really have to watch out in the store because you will end up getting more than you expected to purchase...
We had a great time in the store it is a lot of stuff in there so you kind of have to comb through but if you need something and you don't know where it is trust and believe the staff will help you find it they were great thank you guys so much

Great variety and knowledgeable staff. Open layout is easy to navigate. Always find something new to try. Lots of local vendors.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and don’t try to upsell you like other local liquor stores. They carry a lot of harder to find bourbons and wines, so it makes my decision easy when I need to recommend a liquor store to friends or strangers. The manager is courteous and they often have tastings. The store is kept clean... prices are not inflated, pretty on point with anywhere else in town, mostly better!
