Walgreens closes at 10pm on weekdays not 11pm like the description says on here.

This Walgreens is very clean and the staff was very friendly when I came in at 10pm even though they were closed.

The wait is terrible in the pharmacy area! They are awfully slow and kind of non-responsive. After I had my covid booster shot, I didn't know if I should leave or wait. I tried to ask, but had to wait again!

Just trying to get my 2nd covid shot ... First appointment their system was down so they couldn't do anything. They were supposed to call me back to set up new time but if course they didn't. Turned up for my appointment today, but when i arrived there was no pharmacist - they don't work on Sundays! You think somebody could have noted that they were booking on a day that no-one was there to give the shots??

I was so frustrated I gave up and went to Walmart, they took me in straight away.

The slowest Walgreens Pharmacy in the area. It 's because they don't have enough help. The drive thru is really slow.

This review is solely based on the pharmacy.

Drop off prescription, you are told come back at x time. You go there at x time and wait 30 min to be told its not ready but should be done before they close. Call and wait on hold for 20 min to be told they don't have it. Try the next day and they still don't have it.

You say to your self it must just be an off day for them but each time its the same.

If you health relies on a prescription, putting your trust in this pharmacy will only hurt your health.

I called Tuesday to check if they carried a prescription, I carefully spelled it out. They said yes so my doctor sent over the Rx. I go there on Thursday to pick it up only to discover they don’t carry it.
Thanks for wasting my time.

The world's slowest pharmacy. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes today with only 1 car in front of me. This happens every time (not exaggerating). I decided to park and go in, and there was no line and several employees. They still had me wait there for a few minutes. If something is going to take this long, they really need to tell the customer to park and wait while they tend to other customers who are picking up a prescription and will literally only take 2 minutes of time to process. People have to return to work. Picking up a prescription should not take a whole hour or more, even when there's only 1 person ahead in line. I'd understand if it happened once, but it happens literally every time and it's unacceptable.

*EDIT* I'm back to add that literally everyone at the store is incredibly condescending, sarcastic, and rude. They talk down to you like you have -2 braincells. It is worse than sitting in the purgatory waiting room with Beetlejuice.

When through the pharmacy drive-through to pick up prescriptions for my mother. Took almost 25 minutes of sitting there before a pharmacist even came up to the window and acknowledged me. She wasn't the most polite. Had an attitude with me the whole time. Really made it sound like she hated her job. Told me my prescriptions will be ready in about 30 minutes. When I went back up to pick them up, She told me it was gonna be another few hours. So I waited until about 630 to pick them up. I dropped the prescriptions off at noon. Same girl was still there and I waited about 25 minutes to even be helped at the window. She doesn't seem like she likes her job very much. I told her I had a coupon and I heard her say oh of course under her breath. now I remember why I never get prescriptions filled at Walgreens anymore. Especially this one. Because the staff is just rude overall and you have to wait extremely long periods of time to pick up prescriptions

This review is solely based on their photo department. On November 28th I placed an order for 40 custom Christmas cards. I added premium gold foiling and custom envelopes to celebrate our first year as a married couple this holiday season. The eta was 5 days. I opted for in-store pickup. It's now December 11th, almost 2 weeks and my cards are no where to be found. I called the store and they advised the cards should be in by tomorrow. We have family international and deployed and now we run the risk of not getting them out in time. I am so disappointed with the lack of communication and flat out dishonesty of their online photo department. I can't recommend them in good faith.
