Hunted around for an alternator on A Saturday. The lady upfront, sorry to say I can't remember her name, helped me match it up, and the Tech swapped out the pulley for no additional charge even when I offered to pay. Helped me get out of a jam on a weekend, otherwise would have been stuck until Monday. Thanks again for the help. Y'all were great!

Dustin helped us big time when we had a blowout on a Sunday driving home from Clemson. Went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of! Great customer service!

One of the worst. They were called after 2 today for roadside assistance at the welcome center 2 miles down the road from them. They said it would be an hour. Hour goes by and no news so I called my people for them to find out what's going on. They tell my people 2 more hours. Nobody called until almost 6pm then they tell me it will be another hour. Tech shows up after 7 and being sent to the wrong location, not his fault, totally on whoever was running the shop. Inexcusable. I'll be lobbying my company not to use Love's in the future. Now I have to wait for my clock to finish 10 and hope I can still make on time delivery.
