Jessica and her team were sharp, witty and ready to assist me during my recent turmoil with a prior company. Fantastic job, implementing the best plan for myself. As a business professional this team is ran with integrity and driven to make sure the customer is taken care of. Listen, if you’re contemplating a wireless company to visit and begin a journey or change course; this is the place for you. Thomasville staff, way to complete a transaction timely and with customer service at the top of the agenda. Also, way to help me get the most out of my plan, while showing me other ways to protect my home devices. Money is everything and y'all show how important a decision is to you, just as it is to me as a consumer. Kudos, to you all!

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Perla and Jessica taking care of me and my family had over 10 lines and they stayed way past the time they were supposed to be there, but stuck through it to make sure everything was activated and completed and they stayed humble and nice they could have easily said we need to finish this tomorrow they will forever have my business and I will continue to praise this place. The employees are the best in the business and beat any carrier out here as far as professionalism and commitment to the customer.

Amazing and Great Customer Service! I called around 7 different stores to look for a Samsung S23 Ultra Green for a couple hrs, this store was the last one I called and best for last! I called and spoke with Jessica about the phone I was looking for. This was mid-afternoon while I was in GBO getting tattooed, I explained to her I would arrive late before closing, and she said I will wait for you to do your upgrade. When I arrived in the store around 7pm, she had a big smile on her face and welcomed me and helped me do the upgrade process and got everything situated with the new device. Also, I had brought it a otterbox and glass protector for it with me, she put it on without hesitation. Jessica was amazing from the time I walked in, to the time I left past closing to make sure everything was good with my new phone! Thank you for everything Jessica!

Malik was very helpful in transitioning me to firstnet! He was detailed in how the plan would work and told me about the apple watch deal. I now have a series 8 too! which is perfect for nurses! He was patient with my father and I (who also got a brand new samsung that day). I appreciated his willingness to help and how comfortable he made my father and I feel. He also placed a new screen protector for me, and my dad and I bought brand new phone cases. Great staff!!! who were all friendly as well during our stay!

Dakota was able to research my account and get rid of charges that equalled 1900 dollars. Took all the stress away . Friendly and helpful ! Plus was able to retrieve all my pictures fromGoogle. .

When I went in the store earlier today, I was surprised at how educational and patient the workers were with my questions about switching over. Niki (I believe) helped me so much with getting me my dream phone on a discounted price. Usually I think going to a phone store is such a tedious and aggravating task. However, this store has changed my mind about the task. Would recommend people to come here if they can.

The staff instantly greeted me when I walked in and the representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. My past experiences with AT&T were very shaky to say the least Jess and her staff give the company a good name! Highly recommend this store

Malik and Tyler help me through the process couldn't get an upgrade but technically still got an upgrade so I'm happy with it.

I went to this store today to switch over from Verizon and it was the best decision ever. They cut my bill in half and I got a brand new iPhone. Malik Ford helped me today and he is amazing, truly so good at his job!! He is very proficient and got me in out with meeting my needs and more. AT&T is an excellent phone provider and I’m very pleased with my experience so far.

Absolutely amazing and timely service me and my family went to this store after a really difficult time with Verizon and the employees there were very very helpful.

We visited on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. We had been looking to change our service provider and from the moment we entered the store we were treated with exceptional service. Jess was AWESOME! She explained she was training another employee and kept us informed on every step in porting over our numbers and choosing new phones. Thank you, Jess!

Went there with my boyfriend last night, talked to Jess and The other manager I don’t remember his name I just remember Jess because of her outstanding personality. Jess and my boyfriend were cutting up and making jokes The whole time, making it fun for us while keeping it personal. It was amazing to see that places still allow you to be who you are! You can definitely tell when people enjoy their job I think it’s safe to say she really enjoys her job!
