Family Fare

I got hit in the face with cigarette odor. Some gas stations allow it. Otherwise, was clean and not overcrowded like so many. The cashier was polite and smiled with eye contact. I don’t know if he knew English. He and his employee were speaking something else and he never spoke to me except the amount due.Appeared to be the owner based on his clothes, jewelry and demeanor. And deference from the other employee who was there. He gave me 20 cents for the 18 I was actually due.

Normally great service. Even this time cashier was polite but I'm unhappy with the inability to issue an exchange. My daughter made a purchase, before getting in the car I told her she had the wrong one. She turned right around to exchange the unopened candy she purchased with a debit card. We were advised there is no way to exchange the product. This is about a $3 difference, but the rule doesn't make any sense!

Mandatory masks not being observed by employees or patrons. I can't go back their until they comply with the safety measures to keep there fellow man safe. It's a trumpster store. Trump hats and stuff visib. Made my stomach turn. The cashier was pleasant but not wearing a mask.

The worst gas station ever. The guy inside refused to tell me what time they opened on Saturday, November 15, 2014. He looked at me, shook his head and turned his back. When clearly I had to use the restroom very badly. The least he could have done was single the time they opened. He was old bald guy and very very rude. I called the store and he picked up the phone and hung it up. The least they could do is allow me to listen to a message, since their hours aren't posted online. Just plain freaking RUDE. In addition, the hours are not posted visibly on the door.

Diesel gas pump is faulty.
