AT&T Store

Ahmed had the best customer service. He definitely sold me to becoming a ATT customer. He was very knowledgeable about his job, he was able to explain my bill to me. I am very glad that I switched over!!

Rachael was of great help to me and my wife. We had a miscommunication over the phone and she solved our problem in less than ten minutes and was very polite and understanding.

Great staff! Visited the store with my kids to activate 4 phones and Abby was fantastic! She took care of us all in an efficient and timely manner and was so personable and friendly even though we were the last customers of the day.

I'm happy with my new directTV stream. Abigail did a fantastic job explaining how it worked, and she walked me through setting it up while I was in the store. She even updated the firmware. When I came home, I just plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. I'm saving money, while reducing the size and number of boxes in my house. Thanks so much! Such visits are usually stressful and unpleasant, but Abigail and Ahmad made it fun and easy.

The young sales lady at the Fall hills store treated me very professionally and answered all my questions. She deserves the pay you are giving her plus more. I really don’t know if I got a deal on this new iphone or not but the way she treated me I got the phone from her anyway. In this day you don’t get that very often.

Our main TV went black during play off game. We spent two hours next evening on phone with CS with no result. I made an appt at this store to try to fix problem. Abi called beforehand to ask what the problem was & when I explained, she let me know that they don’t do that kind of servicing at storefront. She then proceeded to tell me that a “hard reset” usually starts everything back up. The CS person never had us do anything but turn off one at a time. Abi’s suggestion worked!! So grateful she saved me a trip, plus solved the problem in 5 min.😊😊

I believe her name was Abigail. She was so very helpful. I love how she was honest with me and up front about all of my options with setting up a new account. I would definitely recommend her.

Ahmed was extremely helpful in getting me signed up on my boyfriend’s existing account and making sure my number was transferred. He also helped me set up my new phone and made the whole process easy. He even stayed late to make sure we got everything taken care of. Thanks Ahmed!!

Went in for an upgrade and to look around. Shane was great! Very helpful with my questions about the phones, my selection and accessories. He got all of my info transfered over fast and had me out the door in less than 40 minutes.

This place is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Store manager La Wanda is amazing! She figured out my problem and the solution in no time! Her associate, Curtis, took the initiative to help out and make the experience even easier for me. I’m so glad I stopped in at this AT&T store. When I need one again, I’ll be going to this one. Julian helped transfer all of me and my husband's contacts and was so very helpful. He's such a sweet young man and we appreciate everything he did for us. Also he has us debating on getting AT&T TV and leavi b.f spectrum. Julian is great and we thank him for all of his patience and help.

I recently set up service with AT&T. After experiencing difficulties with their system at another store I was ready to give up when I came across Julian at their Kettering location(i thought I was on the phone with corporate). He asked me to come into the store so he could help me, and he did. His customer service skills are top notch and he is dedicated to solving problems to ensure the customer is happy. I know if it were not for Julian I would not be an AT&T customer and he should be considered an asset to the company 👌🏻

I have visited this store several times. Both Justin (the manager) and Matt were amazing. They had incredible customer service and were patient with all customers (even when it was crowded). They went above and beyond, stayed late explaining plans and services, gave honest recommendations, and helped us navigate the ever changing world of technology. Matt answered every question I had and helped us set up our phones well beyond the average set up. Best of all they were patient to our three kids 10, 8, and 4 and played kid movies for them while we spoke to them. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. In a world where true customer service is rare, I appreciated their genuineness. Justin even drove to another store 20 min away to get me a red iPhone because their store didn’t have it.

Truly a phonemal experience. If everyone had this kind of experience they would never shop anywhere else. We have complete confidence they will help us with any further questions as time goes on.

I know these two men will go far because their work ethic and customer service skills are superb. When you go in ask for them and tell them Crecia sent you.
