POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Older "lady" is nasty and rude to customers. It isn’t the first time she's exhibited this type of behavior. Will not be returning to this location.

Nothing like not honoring your promotion price and sticking it to you with a laugh. “Haha I got over on you and I think it’s funny” is what this store conveys. Any size advertised for a certain price has been honored at every other 7 eleven I’ve been until this one. So let me see if I got this right 7-Eleven geniuses. I bring my own cup to fill, which the store has one more cup to sell leaving potentially one less plastic cup adding to landfills and pollution. This makes sense to you 7-Eleven? Individuals like this joker are part of the problem. Worse when they are amused by it.

BE CAREFUL Make sure you check the expiration date on any product you get from this store and any other 7/11 most of them are expired and they just don’t care…Specially on fruits inside of the lil container.

they are not allowed to me use my 7 eleven rewards point, its not good service. the cashier was rude.

Please don’t go to this store, they have the poorest customer service i have ever seen and experienced in my life. The manager, Harry (atleast that what he calls him self) he was not even able to assist me as the “store’s manager”. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR ATM, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM, they use the atm to take Advantage of hard working people’s money while the manager claim that he is not even there to help! This store needs to be shut down compared to how many bad reviews and complaints this place get!

Once again I made the mistake of going to this 711 this time I took my husband so he could deal with the nasty man that works at night It was Sunday 10:55 PM tonight n pouring snow so I wanted to go close, he.sees my car pull up n walks over n locks the door. I spent my money at Exxon! #lastchance #worstcustomerservice
