AT&T Store

I previously tried walking in on a Sunday to see about transferring service from Verizon. It was standing room only and I immediately left. This time though I planned ahead, scheduled an appointment and was helped within a couple minutes of it. Brandon was super helpful and informative. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. Thank you!!

Your staff at the Bowie, Maryland location were phenomenal! Hands down!! The staff was friendly, they were knowledgeable about the products, they have multiple options and resolutions for any problems that did/ could have happened. And the problem was with my existing phone due to its damage. Not one single problem with the transaction. I was helped by Javares and another guy that worked diligently on transferring my data from my broken phone. I wish I had gotten his card as well! Thank You Again

Brandon was very helpful and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the issues. I had to use my old phone which is ancient and he made it happen. When my phone was found quick and easy transfer. Bowie store has always been very helpful. Thanks you all.

The store manager was incredibly helpful when every option at AT&T had been exhausted. She took care of the complex issue in a matter of minutes and was very knowledgeable about anything that needed to be done when calling ATT customer service couldn’t help.

I decided (after cracking my screen) to switch from Verizon to AT&T.

The AT&T representatives Cameron and the store manager Nell walked me patiently through the process of switching from one carrier to another. After obtaining the necessary information we started the process.

I purchased a new phone and iPad with their knowledgeable assistance of the products. Their customer service was on TEN!

I'm not a technical person but Cameron and Nell was patient with me. Thank you for all of you expertise!

Dwayne was excellent! Helped me out with everything I needed by opening up a new business line and finally getting out of my contract with Sprint. During the process he went above and beyond, providing me with refreshments and a seamless transaction.
So so SOOO happy I switched to AT&T and so happy I came to this location for my phone needs!
12/10 would recommend ☺
