CVS

This store has excellent employees. They ate professional, kind, and energetic. They do not have the lazy complacent attitude that I see in many retail stores. They will walk with you if you need help finding something and i witness them treating everyone with respect. The hours are limited and its the only pharmacy in a 5 mile range so yes, they stay busy, which is why people complain. But, its not from lack of customer service.

I only went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription. My normal pharmacy was out of a particular medication I needed. I called the CVS in Haughton and they had it. I gave them my name and information and told them I would call my doctor the next morning. When I called the Dr. The next day, CVS had already called and taken care of it.

While visiting this CVS pharmacy today to fill a couple of my prescriptions. I met a Tech by the name of Raschunda Roshell who went above and beyond her normal work duties to help me find a coupon to help bring down the price on one of my prescriptions. She was very pleasant, patient, kind and overall down to earth and I could not have been more pleased with her customer service. Raschunda I thank you ma'am for taking time out of your busy work schedule to help me. This has honestly brightened my day, and I can not thank you enough. As promised I will call corporate and advise them that your a GREAT asset to CVS, and they need more people like you. Ma'am thank you!

Literally the friendliest pharmacy in the land. They filled my RX in the drive thru in a snap, and were so incredibly kind. No one wants to drag sick kids inside to sit and wait for their meds, this pharmacy understands that. Thank you a million times over

I have only used this pharmacy a few times and every time their service has been phenomenal. They have been so helpful and have saved me more money.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a CVS. The store is very near and tidy. Very easy to find everything I need.

What's not to love about CVS

If you need somewhere to run in really quickly and run out really quickly this place is perfect unless you need a prescription there Pharmacy is the slowest that I’ve experienced but I don’t think it’s their fault. I think they just need more staff.

After reading all the other reviews, I would like to give y’all some advice call beforehand and they have an automated system and it will tell you that your prescription won’t be ready for like a day but then you can request to get it sooner and they’ll feel it within 30 minutes
