The fireplace is absolutely beautiful. We really like the color changing to match to mood of the evening or even the team we happen to be cheering for that day. OscarG was great to work with. The process was quick and easy. Any questions I couldn’t find answers for on the website Oscar was available and fast to respond.
As for the installation of the Fireplace, that was easy too. With minimal help from the family we were able to get the fireplace installed, leveled and secured with fairly minimal effort!
If your in the market for an electric fireplace I definitely recommend Dimplex.

My Designer, Denise Duke, introduced me to Thomas West at the Dimplex store recently for a new wall unit project. Thomas showed us many options but we opted for the Ignite Bold XL 74" fireplace which is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the experience and Thomas made it so easy. We are thrilled with the fireplace - so pretty and easy to use the various functions - lights, type of flames, etc.

My contractor had no issues installing this fireplace and everyone entering our home love how it looks. I love the 3 sided viewing and it looks very realistic, too. Also, my contractor installed it on a dedicated electrical circuit.

We had the best experience at the Dimplex Store. Oscar and Matt were our sales associates and they helped us compare all our options. Both were extremely patient and knowledgable. The fireplace was delivered quickly and the communication for shipment and delivery was awesome. I totally recommend the Dimplex Store and Oscar and Matt if you are looking for a fireplace for your home - we are beyond thrilled with how everything came out.

I really like this Dimplex Revolution 30-inch built-in firebox. I do have it wired for 240V, but have not really used it for heat, yet. The flame is very realistic. The only thing I would like to see improved is the addition of an anti-reflective component to reduce the reflection of images in the glass.

I had an excellent experience with Matt Huston. He was patient with me through my build process. I purchased a 50” that exceeded my expectations. The flame is great.

Stephen was great! Followed-up as we installed the insert, and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The final product turned out great!

This fireplace looks great, creates a nice atmosphere and takes the chill off the room. Purchase and shipping were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

After placing an order with a 3rd party through Amazon I was having issues receiving the order. Quick call to Matt and I was able to order the 36” dimplex revillusion. This is now packaged with the front class and the plug kit which are must haves anyway. We are happy with the product and look forward to winters to come. Pictures don’t do it justice.

These fireplaces are absolutely beautiful,you should definitely get the wood and rock package it’s worth the money.We replaced a gas fireplace with this one and WOW!!! What a difference….We love it…there’s the old one and the new one

I LOVE my 30" Dimplex Revillusion Firebox with the 38" trim. It was a replacement of an older Dimplex firebox which was installed in 2002. The unit still worked great, it was used often and loved, but the technological changes of the newer models pushed us to replace it. And WOW.....do we love it! Easy to install, easy to use, it creates a beautiful atmosphere, and as soon as the weather cools down, we'll turn on the heat! :) Highly recommend this product. And...another surprise was the incredible packaging, shipping and delivery....and follow-up customer service by Dimplex Store. I received a call from the store following delivery just to make sure everything was received o.k., and to make sure we were satisfied with the product. Who does that anymore?!?!?! What a pleasant surprise!

We love our Dimplex fireplace! Beautiful addition to our living room. Dimplex representative, Matt, was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. Again, it is BEAUTIFUL!

I installed this unit in an existing gas fire place. With some cutting of the old metal, it installed fairly easy. The unit shipped right away and Matt Houston was a great help with any questions. The attached photo isn't the best as we don't have it completely dialed in, but we are very happy with the results.
