Great experience overall and at the pharmacy. Two of four prescriptions were ready and the pharmacy tech went above and beyond to fill the other two that were to be ready the next day. Thanks!!!!

Alex is outstanding. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect that there will never be an issue at any business, however it’s how the issue gets handled is what matters. I’ve seen how Alex interacts with his staff and other customers and I see that he goes way above and beyond to do everything possible especially in a very busy store, probably one of the busiest Walgreens in Orlando, to provide the best customer service possible. He has a great personality and he is always positive. I could say much more but simply put he’s just an excellent manager and person and I appreciate him very much!

Great service on the pick up medication. My doctor sent the recipe today and literally the same day they sent a text message letting me know it was ready to pick it up. Also I found other stuff I was looking for. Thank you.

We had a prescription called in to CVS (Narcoossee and Dowden) to treat my daughter's strep throat. Five hours and two trips to CVS later, I finally learned they were too busy to fill it that night. With only about 90 minutes until closing, I called Walgreens and the pharmacist told me it would be no problem. She asked me to give her an hour to get it transferred and filled. I went to pick it up and they were very busy. But, the medicine was waiting for me. I was given a friendly greeting by the person at the front register and the pharmacy tech was professional and efficient. They will be getting all our business from now on. Thank you!

I called nine other Walgreens pharmacies and no one wanted to help me as much as Jessica who spent her time calling other Walgreens pharmacies looking for a prescription for my son who has autism. We’ve been customers for years so we’re in their system. The Walgreens in my home town was out before we left on vacation and it’s a class 2 prescription which meant the prescription couldn’t be transferred and my dr had to write a new one. I went through 9 switchboards, 9 different pharmacists and I cannot express how important this was to me and my son and I want to say that she made not only my day but our whole family vacation. After 4 hrs we finally got Jessica. We are not from the area but those of you who are this lady deserves a multitude of thank you’s. This world needs more Jessica’s! Thank you so much!

One of the best pharmacies for prescriptions and over the counter drugs, like vitamins, pain killers, cough medicine, eye drops etc...the list is long. (drive thru pharmacy and in store shopping at this location)

I love coming to warlgreen Ana and Enly are very nice . Alway polite courtesy and very helpful. I love talking to them. I am moving to St Cloud going to miss them both. 😢

Called about Eggo waffles and they looked them up and gave me a count of how many they have and did not have me on hold long.... that is Excellent customer service... Thank you young lady you know who you are and the young man who transferred me from pharmacy...
