I was having serious problems with my line after terrible service at the Lake Nona store. I visited the Lee Vista Store and was very well served by all the employees, especially Jose Morales. A store that values service and not selling products and harming its customers.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Jeremy Vazquez, who with great dedication, kindness and professionalism knew how to effectively channel my requirements, as well as the timely and effective intervention of Hector (Manager) due to a problem with AT&T telephone support, really They exceeded my expectations, they have a first-class staff, very well prepared when assuming their roles in search of customer satisfaction while preserving the company's values. Congratulations to Hector and Jeremy, I hope they continue like this.
