Nice people but sorry & very slow customer service. Never enough people in there to run such a busy store. Now to top matters when there is someone behind the counter they push you to use the self check out....that doesn't offer cash back, doesn't take ebt....& screws up when you purchase gas from it. I really can't believe how they push us to use it.....they'll be sorry when that machine takes their jobs.

Added review: Jan 6th 2024 i stopped in to use the ATM as I have many times before. The machine did not dispense my money when I said something to the clerk at that very moment she said I had to call that # that is so very tiny at the bottom of the machine...instead of coming over to help me or even take note that it didn't dispense my cash she totally ignored the fact there was an issue. The clerks at the store are down right lazy with absolutely no concept of customer service skills. It will be a cold day in hell before i or any of my family members step foot in that store again.

CircleK corporation shoud be ashamed for not maintaining the store to their standards. I have lived in Dunnellon for 2 years and the Froster Machine (Coke) is 80% not working. The outside of the store has been in construction for these 2 years.

I haven't been inside the store in years. I buy gas and leave. My last experience with entering the store was a turn off. Dirty and long lines of people. Some new technology was installed and people complaining about the lack of help.
Since most were buying lottery tickets or alcoholic drinks, they needed a teller, not a machine for checking out.
Personally I don't recommend this place, except for the gas, which has been cheaper than most.
At night, this place isn't safe enough to stop for gas. I can't blame the location of the store.
But I can WARN YOU to be very careful after dark.
Two stars, cause GAS is cheaper.

Gas is overpriced compared to the Walmart just a couple of miles down the road

This store is well overdue for a makeover it is dangerous to get in and out of!!! Not to mention getting fuel is an absolute nightmare because of the positioning of the pumps in relation to highway 41. I am totally willing to be an investor if circle k considers a revamp

Marathon is $$$$ but but not dealing w/ the selfish (_o_) at the pumps while they
shop in side... I loathe waiting on those (_!_) holes next service is slow

One woman working by herself with a constant line of 15 or more people. I asked her if she was working alone again, and she said yes. I told her I didn’t think it was OK what they did to her and I was complaining to corporate. The line is not her fault, but yet people are nasty to her. In my opinion not only are they taking advantage of her but I think it’s completely wrong.. come on.

Last night I go to this convenience store for a Gallon of whole milk and I can't even find any milk out,so I go to the Cash register and ask for a gallon of whole MILK, and she says that this store doesn't sell GALLON CONTAINERS OF MILK ANYMORE ,SO I ASK THEM FOR 1/2 GALLON
Of MILK AND SHE GOES AND GETS ME A 1/2 GALLON OF MILK BUT ALL SHE COMES BACK WITH IS ONE MEASLY LITTLE QUART OF MILK AT THE PRICE THAT OTHER STORES LIKE WALMART GET FOR ONE FULL GALLON OF MILK OF $4.29 WITCH THIS STORE GET $4.29 FOR AQUART ""WITCH IS tHIWAY ROBBERY
They have lost me as a loyal customer that spent at least $100.00 a month

So. I pull up to a pump that the card reader isn’t working. I walk inside and tell the attendant that I would like $20 on pump 4. I walk back out to the pump and start pumping upon so I discover that the pump is super slow and would take forever to get my $20 worth. So I walk back inside and inform the attendant who I the same individual and she tells me that I can start the transaction again at a new pump. I ask about the original $20 purchase, she says to me that because I did not pump the full amount that the remainder will be put back on my card. So I do the purchase again, taking her word for it (I mean she is the professional) and pump my gas and go. Three hours later I arrive home to discover that I was no refunded the difference and was billed a total of $40 and only received $20 of gas. I call and am told that I cannot get a refund unless I am there. Well, congrats lady, you got tipped $20 (undeserving, I might add); now feed your kids a hot meal.
