We needed to ship several packages back home. Andrew and Amy were very knowledgeable on the most effective way to ship the items. They were very friendly and helpful! We had a great experience and I’m very confident that my packages will arrive safely.

The associates at the UPS store were super fun and welcoming! They helped me out with everything I needed, and they felt genuinely enthusiastic about helping me too! Plus, they have a great selection of holiday stamps!

Had great customer service by all three employees Aimee,Crystal and Andrew. They answered all my questions and helped me out in everything I needed. Also, when handling packages they are very strategic and make sure everything is handed with care.

Best customer service ! Ask about the mailing service for Thousand Trails members 15$ a year and 1$ per package. Sure beats the 5$ per package at TTO

I've had bad experiences in the past at other stores. But this one is quite different. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I had questions about my package and they helped me find all the information I needed. Every time I have visited, the service has been fast and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this UPS Store. Overall, a great experience. You guys are the best! Thank you very much for your work.

I believe his name is Jospeh but he has been such a freaking fantastic help with an issue I had with a package that was being shipped out. He’s been calm, helpful, and very caring about his customer and the way he handles situations. Everytime I would call his store, he would always bring up a joke or say, “Yes Adam?” Because I had so many issue with ONE package. He was recently having a bad day but that doesn’t stop him from giving excellent customer service and bringing the most out of a job. Joseph (I hope that’s your name) if you’re seeing this, I appreciate everything you did. For everyone else, ask for Joseph and he’ll literally assist you with anything and make things better!

Nick was just great! He helped me return some packages back to Amazon. He explained to me how to do it and it was extremely simple. I highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service and thank you kindly for being just an awesome person. Stay blessed!

The manager Nick was SO helpful! I am a Realtor and had to ship a bunch of personal items up to a client in NY and he made what could’ve been very stressful into an easy and enjoyable experience. His professionalism and the convenience will keep me coming back to this UPS store! Thank you :)

We use this location often for shipping. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had to return two pairs of socks from Amazon. I did not notice the second barcode after I had already returned the first pair. He was very understanding and solved my problem quickly. Not to mention, it was right before the store closed. As someone who works in retail, I know how important customer service is and Nick went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Nick!

Great staff at an easy location. The USPS mishandled one of our shipments and it somehow ended up here. The staff was quick to help us find it and we finally got our very important package. Thanks for the help!

Best. Place. Ever! There are several RV parks in the area and the staff is AH-MAZING at helping us navigate the challenges that come with mail and the RV lifestyle. The staff is GREAT, it’s the same crew for the last 6 mths (speaks volumes about mgmt). I was pregnant for 1/2 the time I used them (mailbox, Amazon deliveries, printing, etc) and they were so helpful, always offering to help me to the car with all the baby gear being shipped in. If you need ANY of their services - THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

I use this location as my "post office" drop off (you can buy stamps here too).
I was having issues with the post office down the street always having full drop boxes, mile long lines, and not scanning packages as received for sometimes up to 2 days after they were dropped off.
When I drop my packages here, I know exactly where they're sitting, they're always scanned in the same day, and the location is really convenient.
*Keep in mind, the USPS packages you drop off here have to be prepaid and already packed/taped closed - it's a drop and run*
Also, the employees here are extremely nice and accommodating.

I went into this store today and needed to ship something and return a LOT of Amazon packages. The two girls working were super kind and helpful! They helped me get everything taken care of as quickly as possible.

The employees are always friendly, efficient and helpful. The store is always clean. I never have a long wait to mail my packages. They offer a lot of services, like printing and even packaged my items securely! I would recommend this store to everybody!

I came here to print a label because I’m on vacation. NICK AND MEGAN were very professional and so nice. Nick showed me what to do and I was literally out of the store in under 2 minutes. Very fast and efficient! Thanks Nick for the great experience. I will be back!
