AT&T Store

Great experience with Mike the salesman and beautiful, young , knowledgeable female staff! Picking up my new phone this week! Excited to have some new 21st century technology! Been years and long overdue. My phone is ancient and needs to be run over a few times and finally buried. Mike is quite the character and always happy and chipper. Mike will make a great manager one day soon!

Alex was great! He had multiple customers at the same time, stayed past close & solved all concerns. While we waited he went above and beyond to help a family that did not speak english. He had so much patience when helping the customers, it made it easy to wait. Whoever is the manager should note that an employee like this should be rewarded!

I was visiting Naples with my Mom from St. Pete and we decided to merge her into my ATT plan. Alex Vivas was SO helpful throughout the whole process, even though it took some time and he stayed a little late for us, we were able to transfer the phones and take our new phones home that night! He was polite, and understanding and helped us understand some aspects when we did not know what they meant. I would recommend this location not only for its connivence but especially for Alex! He even helped save us money which was so helpful as I was laid off recently. Thank you x 10000000!!!! -Molly

I walked in last night to get information about purchasing a new iPhone. Felicia was the best! She answered all my questions professionally and I decided to purchase a IPhone 15 plus. Felicia helped me pick out a case and was great in transferring my data from an iPhone 6P. I was in the store for hours because my phone had not been backed up in a very very long time, if ever. She kept me informed the whole time about the transfer and the time it would take. She always had a smile and never left me. She waited on customers only when I said please help them because I still have quite awhile till my transfer was done. I would go back to that store for any of my iPhone needs.

Went there today and Alex was my rockstar! He helped me set up my new IPhone and helped me with the problem I was having with multiple ICloud accounts. Highly recommend this store! Thanks again to Alex for being super patient and helpful!

Went to switch carriers and get new phones. Alicia and Momo were awesome and explained options and pricing. Very informative and offered to order what we wanted. AT&T needs to simplify their process but the in store experience was great. Offered to put on cartoons for the kids to watch

I took my phone in on Saturday morning. Technician helped me determine that my phone was damaged. Gerard (my salesman) set me up with a new 15 phone order, that will be here in the next few days. Good people, great service!👌

We had a great experience at this store on Wednesday. While we were there we observed another customer being extremely vulgar & difficult with one of the agents. The agent named Jimmy was going out of his way to explain the problem & to try to help the customer. Jimmy was always professional & courteous even though the customer was really nasty. While this was going on the other agents, Felicia & John were also trying to help the customer & diffuse his anger. They were apologetic to us while we were waiting & continually helped us while helping their colleague. We were helped with our issue & we cannot express how helpful & professional the service was at this store. We look forward to working with them again in the future & recommend this location to anyone who needs phone or tv services.

Alex was awesome! He helped me get special low income discounts through a government program that helped me with my bill being on a low income. He and his teammates are the best!

Great store! I bought a new cell phone and Felicia helped me with changing my cell phone and with the passwords that I didn't remember. she was quick, patient and professional.

I went in last night to buy a new screen protector for my husband’s phone. Although they didn’t have what I needed in stock, Alexander S. offered to order it and have it shipped for me. He was friendly and very efficient in taking care of me. This store consistently provides great service time and time again.

Felicia was the person that assisted me today. She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and a delightful person. She handled the entire transaction like a breeze. My phone took longer to transfer information so she informed me every step so I knew exactly what to expect.

Joey answered some questions for my mom and I today about our AT&T bill. He explained it clearly, so we understood everything! He also helped me with a trade in, and set up my new phone! He did a great job, and is super friendly! The whole experience was 5 stars!! Thank you Joey!! :)

Jimmy is always so helpful and kind! I live out of state, when I have any questions about my service or upgrades, I wait until I’m in naples next to talk to Jimmy. Going into AT&T stores have always been a headache for me, but Jimmy makes my experience 5 star!! He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, so there’s never any surprises on my phone bill! If you come to the Vanderbilt store ask for Jimmy!!

This is the best AT& T store I've visited. The two young men who work there are so bright, knowledgeable & customer service-oriented. I got a chance to observe them interacting with several customers while waiting my turn. From a tricky return, to teaching an older gentleman how to use an iPhone, to helping someone with an upgrade ...they were so helpful. I got stressed out just watching them have to deal with so many issues and personalities, but they were so professional and helped everyone, with equanimity & style. I initially visited this location weeks ago when I first moved to town, & was warmly greeted by one of these personable young men. That made an impression on me. When I suddenly needed a new phone and was in a panic about it, I made a beeline for that store. They didn't disappoint. Everyone is anxious to get their phone problems resolved right away, because who can function without a phone nowadays? As a store clerk, it would be easy to lose one's cool having to deal with the anxiety and issues of other people all day, but these two were unflappable and I could see that everyone ended up happy and feeling heard. You could see these employees going the extra mile. AT &T should count itself fortunate that these two talented young people, who are able to handle technology and human beings with equal aplomb, are working here; their skills would be highly valued in many places, but they are serving the Naples community with distinction. The Vanderbilt Beach Road store will be my go-to because of the care and expertise I received!

We visited the AT&T store in Vanderbilt Beach Rd in Naples, FL to transfer our lines from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T. Beon, Mike, & MoMo each assisted us throughout our visit. Their service was excellent, their knowledge was deep/complete, & their ability to make/keep customers happy was exquisite !! In the unlikely event that we ever need any support, we will definitely visit their particular store again !! Excellent employees like the three of them should be recognized & rewarded for their high level of quality customer service. Thank you !!
