He has always been so knowledgeable and so friendly. It's always a pleasure doing business with him. Cricket has removed all phone information in writing. Now you usually have to talk to a rep to get cost and phone info. Hate that. Personnel very nice.

Employee had someone in front of me so I waited 30 minutes for him to not want to do his job because it was closing time. 4 lines and few devices of business lost.
