I purchased a cellphone for my husband and the owner was especially helpful. The next day I went back for some help for something I didn't understand in the phones directions. He took the time to explain how to do it and answered any other questions I had about the phone. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this business to anyone.

We live on the west side of Ocala, but read reviews of this east side location and telephoned the store. Ahmad El-Bashir spoke with us for a while about our needs and concerns in purchasing new phones, and invited us to visit his store. So we drove about 30 minutes and Ahmad wound up spending over two hours with us. He explained everything with calm professionalism, and was able to transfer all data (including my wife's 7,000 texts) from the old, to the new phones. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with an expert who walked us through this somewhat complicated purchase. Thank you Ahmad!

The brothers that worked there are awesome, they know what they're doing. They handle their job with Knowledge and experience. I don't go to any other store, when I need help with something, purchase a phone, pay available etc..

These guys are great I had 3 phones to set up. And 1 phone transfer on Christmas Eve. Walked in at 545pm, the store closed at 6pm, these quys jumped right on it. They even set me up on the total wireless rewards program that I had no idea was offered and got me a ton of points. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will def go to this store for all my cell phone needs.

I would give 10 stars if the rating system went higher. Best customer service I have ever experienced in the 20+ years I’ve been a cell phone customer. And to see how happy existing customers were when they came into the store was a huge relief. This will be the only place I ever go to for any cell service plans or equipment. Thank you!

Went in and talked to Ahmad at Total wireless and boy did we save some money. We were with Verizon and paying $110.00 per month for 2 phones. He sold us NET10 for $20.00 a month per phone and still on Verizon network. That's a $70.00 savings per month. PLUS, he gave us rewards for 3 months free. For once we felt like we weren't getting screwed. He's very knowledgeable won't try to pull the bait and switch like other salespeople. Go visit Ahmed!!!

Better service for less than (shall remain nameless cellular GIANTS) fir way less than 1/2 the price! So glad we finally switch, never once regretted the decision! Oh yeah, Ocala, Florida store super nice and very helpful.

Just want to say thank you to Ahmad for getting me set up on my new phone. Ahmad got me set up on my new phone and explained everything to me. So if you need a new phone I recommend Total wireless and make sure you ask for Ahmad.

Ahmed has gone above & beyond again today! He has had to jump through so many hoops at least 2 other times this year alone. I am an exceptionally difficult customer to have to get functional when they even kept my phone over 2 nights trying to transfer my 17,000 contacts! Not to mention my retardation when technical issues have to be learned. Then , the Times of getting the phone wet, etc...Total Wireless cant' be beat!

Went in today to change over service and combine accounts. Ahmad very knowledgeable and very courteous. Took him a few minutes with no problems. Definitely recommend this store.

The service here is amazing. They made it simple, affordable, and pleasant. After dealing with the bigger companies this was so much better! Very friendly and helpful staff.
