The parking lot is clean and well lit! I feel 100% safe walking into the store alone even at night!

When you walk in the store looks open and clean and very organized!! There is always someone right there to greet you and say hello and ask if you need help finding anything!

I personally love the pharmacy and staff. It's where I've been going for 5 years now and where I will continue to guard regardless of where I move in the city. They have helped me get medications approved that I otherwise wouldn't be able to have. They're always good with answering questions and I never feel rushed. All of the pharmacy staff I have dealt with has always been professional and nice. The longest I've ever had to wait is 1 day for medicine and that was only one time in 5 years!!

The store manager is really nice. He is always helpful! Some of the items might seem pricey, but if you download the CVS app, their coupons more than make up the difference!!

This will continue to be my go-to for all last minute things I might need and any pharmaceutical needs I have!

Drive-thru lines are short to non-existent at this store and the pharmacy staff is consistently polite and professional both in person and over the phone. I think the out-of-the-way location helps customer traffic to be a bit lower than other locations.

I once used this pharmacy and changed because one of the pharmacy technicians was rude to me. The visit today was great. The person that waited on me was very friendly polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see the improvement in the customer care.

I stopped to process some photos and perhaps get some cat food. Employee Rashae was so positive, helpful and friendly during our interaction that I caught myself smiling broadly 3 times. Despite the traffic and rain, I am happy to have stopped. My photos are way too inexpensive for the quality. Another great impression. Walt Reed

Best cvs in virginia beach. Pharmacy especially! Always friendly and on point. Store in well stocked and maintained. Customer service is top notch.

LOVE this CVS! This is my preferred pharmacy and I could not be more happy with it. The staff is always really nice and they know my boyfriend and I by name. Prescriptions get filled really fast and the pharmacist on staff is always willing to speak with us if we have questions. We usually use the drive through and find it to be really convenient. We also go inside from time to time and have never had any problems. I would definitely recommend having your prescriptions filled here!

The staff in the pharmacy are awesome. They always greet me by name and ask after my family. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. After moving closer to another CVS, I decided to go out of my way to keep my prescriptions here because I have never gotten service anywhere else that comes close to theirs.

Great service. Was able to get someone on the phone quickly and they took care of everything to get my travel prescription ready same-day. Highly recommend.

CVS pharmacy on Salem Road earns the high scores for customer service and knowledge of anything pharmacy related. Although I mainly spoken with Theresa as well as the pharmacy techs in my visits to the store. You will be pleasantly, warmly and sincerely greeted and will leave the store satisfied.Check it out for yourself and you are sure to return often.

This CVS is very clean, and the pharmacy folks are always incredibly nice to me and my wife. Love the people here!

One word of caution... it is very difficult to enter this location if you are going north on Salem.

Went there looking for Arnold Palmer half and half lemonade/teas in the case, the store manager sold me the case and gave me a promo price of 60 cents a can which is 40 cents off. Love this store they are awesome and have earned my business.
