Come here all the time and today I really needed help from the pharmacist, I believe her name was Jessica who was absolutely lovely and pointed me in the direction of Logan, who was an absolutely saint and helped me figure out stuff for my blood sugar and walked me through the whole process!!!! She was so selfless and compassionate it seriously brought me to tears, what an absolute blessing it was to be around such caring individuals who stopped what they were doing to help me get everything straight. Brava to them and so so so grateful to see such amazing people helping nervous people like me just trying to navigate the unknown. Seriously so happy to have came in when I did. Thank you ladies!!!!!

Kind, professional, and fast. I was able to get my prescription transferred to this location and filled in less than an hour.

I am visiting from out of town and my 14 month old got sick. He needed antibiotics that are hard to find. Walgreens was the 5th pharmacy I went to and my baby was MISERABLE. Haley helped me and got me in and out of the store in 15 minutes. She was so kind and personable. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Haley, thank you for your kindness. It had been a day and you saved me from melting down. I can’t thank you enough.

People are very nice and efficient. In their defense, the long wait is usually due to the idiot in front of you who is asking dumb questions about refills and insurance and hsa cards..

There isn't a thing wrong with this store. The employees are super and I'm so sorry that they have to deal with jerky, impatient, demanding people as their customers during this stressful time. Dear selfish people, YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL. GIVE OTHERS A BREAK. Lines here aren't any worse than anywhere else. Sit in your car outside in line if you don't want to stand. Listen to some calm music. Meditate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Concerned about my family needs. Thank you Walgreen staff! You guys are super in my book.

The pharmacy is so understaffed and it's a shame and the only reason I gave three stars is because of Bob who has always been extremely helpful in getting my medication before it's due. Whoever is in charge needs to expand the staff and the pharmacy asap!

Employee attitudes are suffering possibly due to poor leadership. I would rather visit a different store that treats their employees better.

The pharmacy is screwing me on my prescriptions. They can't even scan in a shipment of supplies so I can pick it up

The only reason I'm giving this place more than one star is because the staff inside the actual store are super nice and helpful, not the pharmacy.
Regardless if you're waiting inside or at the drive-thru, you're almost guaranteed a long wait. I thought this would get better over the years, but it's gotten worse. Waiting over thirty minutes to pick up an already completed prescription is ridiculous, and it's rare that you'll ever get an employee who's happy to be there.

People are nice but they move at a glacial pace. If your inline at the drive threw expect to wait 30 minutes. Don’t be in a rush slowest service I have ever experienced. Actually switched to rite aid down the road.

Extremely slow service, lack of quality customer service, and very inconsistent with their policies. Walgreens really should retrain their employees and focus on their customer service. The reason they have a job at all is because of loyal customers. Might want to treat them better.

This store used to be awesome and since COVID they have steadily gotten worse until now they are just terrible. 1 hour plus wait times to get someone on the phone and that is if they even answer. No idea when prescriptions will actually be filled. My son has needed an antibiotic ASAP on more than one occasion and the items just sit without being filled with a message saying we are running behind. Some things really need to be prioritized. It is concerning that this a service dealing with people's health and there is just complacency and lack of concern that people are not getting their medications in a timely manner nor offering phone support to customers. This is an everytime problem, not a sometime problem.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. My husband’s prescription was supposed to be ready last night, didn’t get finished as several people were complaining of their poor service.

Figured it would be done today 10.28.23. Come in today and its closed d/t staffing issues. Phone line holds are 20min + before talking to a pharmacy rep. At what point will there be proper staffing Walgreens?

Would not use this pharmacy. Wait times are extremely long. They do not fulfill prescriptions as promised. Visited this pharmacy 3 times on three different days to have a simple prescription refilled. Was told yesterday a prescription would be submitted this morning and could be picked up at 10 am. I waited until 11 and it was not ready
