Went to CVS at 4701 Plank Road. Customer service associate was very courteous and professional. Stopped what he was doing to assist me. Very helpful!

I visited this cvs to use their photo computer to make cards. The front end employee was super helpful and kind! Great customer service

Last Thursday I lost my wallet. I'm an Uber Eats driver, and had a shop & pay order at the CVS at 4201 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia. I shopped for my customer and paid, then left to deliver. What I didn't realize is that I left my wallet behind. A week later after so much stress and trying to replace everything, I received a Facebook message from the pharmacy operations manager, saying she had my wallet in the safe at the store. I picked up my wallet tonight, with everything still in it, including the $100 bill that I had received from family for Christmas. I had been devastated, and because of the integrity AND investigative skills of at least two of your employees, I feel like I can breathe again.

It’s a CVS. Well stocked, easy layout, and minimal staff interaction unless needed (which some reviews seem to attribute as negative but as someone who gets their stuff and gets out —especially during a global pandemic — I appreciate). Adding my review because with how often recently they’ve had to deal with me showing up right at open or right before close, I want to let them know I’m thankful.

Can't go wrong at CVS. Get your make up, beauty products, meds and vaccinations all in one stop! The pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful.

Being understaffed, they are doing a great job!
