Pharmacist Greg is the best. Never had a phamisist with such a high level BOTH knowledge AND personal skills. He is efficient and effective while being kind. And he remembers my name, which is wild! Favorite pharmacy, and i usually hate going to the pharmacy.

I love our Walgreens on Gordon Rd in Fredericksburg Va. I order my Curbside and in 5-minutes my order is ready for pick up and they bring it out so fast to my car. Excellent Walgreens Associates! Thank you all !

This Salem Fields Walgreens pharmacy in Fredericksburg VA is an awesome store. Greg and the other members of the pharmacy team are delightful to work with and have always been a great assistance to me. I get my shots at this store as well.

My wife and I got our COVID-19 shots today the 18th of September. We made our appointments by phone and arrived a few minutes early to fill out the forms. Less than 10 minutes later we got our shots and were leaving and they were Free. We also had the information added to our Immunization cards. I believe the name of the medical attendant that gave us the shots was Greg.. Thanks good job! 👍😊

It's a nice walgreens that is a good size and clean. Pharmacy staff is nice and it's usually not busy. They have a nice big parking lot here and the store hours are good.
They have a drive thru pharmacy here and when I have picked up my prescriptions here and they have always been ready at the time they told me they would be ready and I have never had any trouble with insurance or anything like that. The pharmacist here is really nice. There has never been a wait at the drive thru either.
They offer the covid vaccicne and you can easily get a same day appointment by making an appointment on the website. They had more appointments available then the other walgreens I looked at.

This used to be a rite aid and i like it better now as a walgreens. The location is nice because it's a huge parking lot and it's easy to pull into and get out of.

Good assortment of drinks here and usually everything I want or need is in stock when I go looking for it. All the staff have been polite and nice and I've never had to wait long at the checkout.

You need your business and pharmacy hours posted on the doors. I get we live in an age where everything can be found online but having information right there in front of you is simpler and smarter.

I’m not the type to write a review. In fact this is the first time I’ve ever written one but this experience was extremely disappointing. To start off my partner made a scheduled appointment to get her vaccinations at 2:30, she had already filled out all the paperwork and information they needed online so you would think it would be a easy trip. Well it was the complete opposite, we got in there and checked in online. After sitting for about 10 minutes I walked to the counter to ask if we needed to do anything else. The lady said no and told us to wait for our name to be called after roughly 20 minutes of waiting and stares from the workers the whole time they called out and asked if someone was getting shots. We said yes and told the pharmacist that we checked in and asked but she said it was a miscommunication and they didn’t know. So you’re telling me we scheduled the appointment checked in and talked to someone and you still didn’t know there was someone here for shots. The lady then got our name and told us to wait more after sitting for 50 minutes now we went to the desk and asked if the shots were ready she then stated she was just getting them ready which probably meant they didn’t even start yet. They didn’t seem fazed when we said we had to leave because we had to work soon. The whole pharmacy was a mess and I don’t even think I would’ve trust them putting the shots in my partner because they seemed like they were confused and a bit unorganized. I understand it was busy but that doesn’t mean dismiss a patient and her time when the schedule appointment was basically an hour ago. They had one girl doing in person check ins and drive thru check ins and then was getting frustrated when she couldn’t keep up. They need to work on better time management and or working together for a better system. I mean they didn’t even give us any information on when she was actually gonna get the shots we would have probably been waiting another hour if we stayed.

My husband is dying of cancer and has extreme anxiety. He takes a mild sedative for his extreme anxiety.
Walgreens does nothing bit give him a hard time about his medicine EVERY TIME.
Even when his ONCOLOGIST PRESCRIBES his medicine, they won't fill it. I don't know what kind of power trip this pharmacy is on but we are switching pharmacies as of today.
Stay away from this pharmacy!!!

Called 3 times to speak to the pharmacist to call in a non-controlled rx for a patient. The first 2 times I was on hold for over an HOUR both times, the 3rd time hold was 20 minutes then the Pharmacist gets on and is rude and when I asked for her name she said her name was, "NA". I asked for the first and last name of the person I was speaking with as she had stated when she finally joined the call that she was the pharmacist, then hung up the phone after telling me that she isn't required to give her name. If I am the provider calling you directly then how crazy is it that you can't tell me whom I am speaking with? Never in my years of practice have I had such a distasteful experience with a pharmacy then with this walgreens and this alleged pharmacist today! Get rid of this person immediately. So unprofessional and an extreme waste of time! Do better walgreens!

Don't try to call the Walgreens at 11129 Gordon Rd. I called to speak to the pharmacist and was placed on hold for over an hour and they never picked up. I had dinner with the wonderful "on hold music" playing in the background. I called another Walgreens while waiting on the 1st call and they answer my question in 15 minutes.

I ask for delivery, I'm in Virginia for over a year. Drugs were sent to Birmingham, AL. Insurance paid, so I had to pay for every refill for 90 days. The store manager did nothing to help me. I'm out over $450!

They’re now closed on Sunday, I’ve been waiting for antibiotics to be filled all day, finally called since I still don’t see it ready on the app, and they’re closed. I’ll be transferring the prescription to CVS (most of them are also now closed on Sunday). Urgent cares and ERs are still open, yet people can’t get their medications and there’s no way to transfer it until someone shows up tomorrow.

Never was able to have my medication in stock. Showed up once to talk to somebody about it and they magically were able to find some. Bottom line - horrible customer service.

They use 1980 technology for photos , never recommend for photos
