The Grove of Brite Blessings

The Grove is my go to for everything metaphysical and has been since 2019!! Cheryl, Norm and Kelly are GREAT! They are always willing to lend an ear when I need advice and they advise on what direction I should go. Their prices cannot be beat and if you think that cheap stuff you get off Amazon is better, just remember you get what you pay for!! The Grove has good quality product that you can count on lasting a long time!

A hidden jem with jems. So many different stones jewelry statues crystals orbs tapestries. Anything your Chakra or special place needs. Items for your altars and healing. They can explain anything to you and assist you in finding what is calling you or what your desire for the healing arts are. Incense beyond incense. Located inside a quaint antique store in downtown Fredericksburg. I will be going again and again and again. My 17 year old daughter was able to get items for her succession and clear path choices in scholarships she has been offered. Blessed be

It was awesome the two ladies in the metaphysical area, was so helpful and nice. They offer classes and do readings they have lots of herbs including John the conqueror root. Mojo beans chicken feet candles incense. If u need it they got it even sell tarot cards.

Very kind and patient service. I didn't care for the mini reading as much...but perhaps the extended reading would have been better.

Anytime I’m in town I ALWAYS stop by this shop. It is so resourceful and refreshing for your soul. When I was dealing with some hard times, I would step into this shop just to feel the serene energy.
The Owners Cheryl and Norman are just absolute gems and speak nothing but the truth and you can feel the love in this space. They are always so kind and so helpful and just downright the sweetest people! I bring everyone I know into their shop so they can experience the wonderful energy of the establishment as well as the diverse and beautiful collection of items they have for sell.

Best metaphysical shop in VA!! I am a professional healer and energy worker and this shop and owners are the only people I trust to get my supplies, readings, and tarot/Oracle decks from for years now! I love the energy as well as the vast knowledge all of the employees have. Readings are always accurate and compassionate. They have helped me grow so much in my practice and knowledge. This store is definitely a hidden gem. The store itself is nestled in a cute antique store featuring many different little shops. After finding out this is our first time to the shop, one of the shop owners showed us around the shop quickly and to let her know if we needed anything. They have books, tarot and oracle cards, Gemstones and pendulums, tapestries, candles, incense, the works. The prices are very decent compared to where we come from (Central NY). The medium (?) taper candles up where I'm from would have sold for $15 where they were about $6.95 in this store. A statue of Odin that sells for about $70 up in NY was about $45. Definitely will be ordering from them since they said they do ship as well. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend.

I always am sensitive to the vibe in a store; and find these owners make alot of effort to provide great service for their items. Keep in mind, this a store which was created in response to inspiration and spirit. They are evolving and growing with many new items and great finds. All of the help have been professional and respectful in my view; and I have been to many shops where the employees dont care, or have an ego trip to foster with customers. This shop is simply there to provide a great service and if you need a reading; they have some great insight. I fully recommend them, and hope to see this store continue to grow.

I truly don’t understand all these negative reviews. My experience here was nothing but pleasant! Both the owners were nice and helpful. They have a wonderful variety of goods. The shop is clean and well organized. They offer a variety of classes and readings. They have a beautiful assortment of crystals, candles, herbs, oils, books and tarot. I’m not sure what else you could ask for in a metaphysical shop. I think some people just expect others, especially retail workers, to bend over backwards for them.

This is a very chill and relaxed environment. It truly feels like a hidden gem and is quite literally hidden behind a collective of other shops. Some people are complaining about price. It is downtown Fredericksburg. What exactly were you expecting? You should come here in the spirit of supporting local business and boosting your local economy. Of course their prices need to be slightly more expensive than an online shop. Use your heart and mind a little please.

This is my favorite shop in Fredericksburg. I’m
always greeted and welcomed by the shop owners and Kelly is very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is in the very back of the antique store like a hidden gem, which I love. It feels like my secret garden of magick.

They have a great welcoming staff! I love that they carry a big variety of crystals/stones. There is also a good variety of tarot/oracle decks, books, candles, herbs. Out of all of the local metaphysical shops ive been too. The Grove has the absolute best variety of items!

Peaceful and inviting. This shop is tucked away in the back. As soon as you enter, your body changes. I try to visit a few times per month.

A wide array of witchy products for the area, just wouldnt purchase crystals here - they are a bit overpriced and arent marked like a normal crystal shop would mark their crystals. Regardless, I would recommend for the amount of items.

Cheryl is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable is super helpful. She will never steer you the wrong way and she will never upsell you if you ask her for help with something. If you ask her that you feel like you need something but unsure if whay, she will help you and explain why. Her husband is super kind and very helpful to. I always enjoy my experiences with them and I very much trust their judgements based on my experiences.

This staff does not treat anyone differently if they are in the LGBTQ+ community or if your a POC. I have been a customer for years ad have not seen anyone be treated differently because they are a minority.

Love the shop. Such a great selection of products. Both owner's Norman and Cheryl help so many people. Both with products and with their spiritual wellbeing. They offer classes and healing sessions of many metaphysical forms. They give great advice. All around a double thumbs up.

If you are in downtown Fredericksburg I would highly recommend you stop by here. Not only do they have a wide variety of ethically sourced metaphysical supplies but there customer service is exceptional. I definitely recommend going on a weekday, weekends tend to be pretty busy but one of the owners Norman is one of the most cool people to ever talk to if you get a chance to meet him. Definitely One of my favorite shops..

If you are interested in feeling better and having a new outlook in your current situation then The Grove of Brite Blessings is the place for you!!! I cant tell you how great I felt after going to see Norman Howdyshell to have my CHAKRAS Tuned. I came in feeling terrible winter Blahs and left feeling like I just spent a day at the Beach. I would definitely do this again. They also have lots good vibes and interesting things to purchase. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuinely cares about the customer who walks in their establishment .

I have been coming here for years. They have one of the best selections I have ever seen. As well as they cover many categories such as tarot/ herbs/ crystals/ tapestries/candles & oils and more. The are always expanding as well.

Beautiful shop with a great selection. It's hard to leave empty handed and Cheryl is very knowledgeable on all of the products. Very relaxing and spiritual environment including a Himalyan Salt room. I will definitely return

I have known Cheryl and Norm for years. I keep coming back to their shop because they carry the supplies I need. If they don't have what I need, they will get them for me. Their shop is well stocked, constantly growing because they want to have everything we want and need. Readings and Tarot are available too. They are the hub for the metaphysical community in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. Please take the time to come down to Caroline Square in Downtown Fredericksburg to see them.
