Great turnout for Jahan Dotson, Washington Commanders' wide receiver. The grand reopening was a chance for local fans to get autographs and photos with a rising star in the NFL.

Carol was awesome! I was having issues with my rewards and Carol went above beyond to help me. Customer service was amazing!

I had a problem with one of the sports shoes and unfortunately they did not have my sons sizes. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff was helping me as well as providing me with fast service that was absolutely quality. I want to shout out to Caleb, Carol, and Kenny for all their wonderful assistance today. Y’all were a blessing in a troublesome situation thank you!!

RJ of the shoe department was very helpful with finding us shoes. If you're looking for a certain shoe in a certain size, he's your guy.

Greeted at door and answered my question on what part of the store I needed to go to, masks are mandatory and they have masks if you don't.

Found the red Nike sneakers my grandson was looking for and at a reasonable price. It was around 11am on a Saturday morning and it was swamped in there but the young man took his time to measure my grandsons foot and brought the sneakers out to us in a timely manner, he was personable and kind.

They have the latest shoe styles compared to what's available online. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about shoes and made it easier to make a decision about which shoes were right for me.

Long story short someone in the shoe dept gave me a pair of cletes that for some reason the store couldn't sell. April who was not the one at the register I was checking out asked how she could help me. She said for some reason some shoes can't be sold through the store but to order them online right now and do store pick up. The girl who was at the register I was paying at didn't give me any options or was helpful.
April was taking care of a customer and making sure my online order went through then communicated with the other members to let them know she would be taking care of my order. I left the store happy and with the shoes I wanted. April is amazing thank you for your help

My daughters needed soccer gear, and me being am extreme procrastinator, I waited until the last minute to get them their stuff. I was able to order online and pick it up in store. It was a fast process and the order was easy to make. My stuff was ready within an hour of placing the order, so it was a quick in and out of the store. It was clean, friendly, and the prices were great.

Been to this location 6-7 times this past year since relocating. They have weights in stock, the staff is always friendly and eager to help. The floor managers even gave me insight on when the truck comes with the workout equipment.

Seems like there will be some even better stuff going on here once they finish the remodel. Got what we came for though.

I don't usually come to stores like this but I can say that it was truly a pleasant experience. I was helped by a gentleman named Jerrell. It was clear he was busy and I assume he was probably getting the site to store order since he had a cart. Let me just say that this young man was respectful and polite throughout our encounter. I appreciate all of his help!

I walked into Dick's with my golf clubs that needed new grips. Charles greeted me and asked how he could help. He took care of everything with attention to all the details and customer satisfaction. My clubs were ready three days before expected. I'm writing this review because of Charles. I told him the day I walked in that he earned 5 stars. So here they are! Kudos!

After visiting a few stores in this mall, running in to several people with horrible customer service, I was beginning to think it was me so I decided to leave the mall. I stopped in at Dicks on my way out to check out this fit bit I've been hearing about. To my surprise I ran in to a very pleasant sales associate who took the time to teach me about various products. She completely changed the outcome of my shopping experience that day and I wish I had her name to leave thanks on here. Great job to Dicks Sporting Goods for employing such great people. I will be back very soon!!

Was in store yesterday (12/14/19) everyone extremely helpful! Very busy day but one young lady stood out and went over the top with patience and a smile. Give that associate keys to the store. Valika went beyond I'm am sure her job description.

The Dicks's return policy is sooooo awesome! I purchased online, but the items were the wrong size and color. The physical Dick's locations will kindly take the items back and provide a refund. Way too easy!! I love these guys.

Great place just to look around even if you don't buy anything. Her in Fredericksburg employees will find you and ask if you need help. In Falls Church you cannot find employees. You have to go to the register and ask for help. Location, location, location. I find people in Fredericksburg VA are more willing to help. I just moved here from Falls Church VA. It's a different world. The store, it self, is well organized.

Stopped in to grab a few items & was helped cheerfully by every staff member I came across & was asked several times if I needed any additional help! On a busy Friday it was a pleasant shopping experience!
