By far my favorite store. Especially if you’re looking for petite clothing. Store personnel are all friendly and helpful. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years! Definitely recommend.

The customer service in this store can't be beat! I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The ladies are so very helpful. They take their time making sure you get exactly what you need, the right fit.

I have ALWAYS been well treated in this store regardless of whether I look lousy and casually dressed, or wearing really nice clothes. The salespersons assist me when I ask and leave me be when I say I am just looking. This store has a nice selection and if you are wanting more business dress, go to the Talbot’s in Alexandria.

One of the few upscale women's clothing stores in Fredericksburg. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, happy to help with any questions you may have. The store is fresh and immaculate, fitting rooms are comfortable and plentiful, and the selection of classic Talbots pieces is reliable.

The sales people were very attentive. They even helped me pick things out for my wife, and she loved them.

This is a small Talbots that may not have quite the selection that some of the larger stores do, but the employees are always friendly and helpful and I usually find what I need. Happily, they do carry petites. Hoping someday they'll expand to a full-size store.

I love to go into this store to see what they have. Everyone is friendly and professional. I just wish the prices were a little bit lower. Debbie was great finding me a nice coat that happened to be on sale. It was a hot pink $220 wool coat for like $75. Debbie will tell the truth as to what colors look good on you. She's the best at this location.

Love to shop at this store. You feel well taken care of here. The staff are very kind and considerate. Bought something online, picked it right up.

Staff is extremely courteous, but not enough on duty leading to some wait time. Other downside is this location doesn't carry much in the way of accessories and you won't get the selection you do online. But the store is well set up and immaculate, and staff work hard to provide quality customer service despite being short handed. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll help you order it on the "red phone" with free shipping. With greater selection and at least one more employee per shift I would have given 5 stars.
