CVS

I started coming to this CVS location when they first opened. Of course I have noticed a change in the wait time and sometimes the quality of service since Covid, but I do not blame the technicians or the pharmacist because they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. I think you would be surprised that maybe if we can be a little more understanding and patient with the employees you might receive the same in return. It is not their fault that CVS as well as a lot of businesses can not find employees - nobody wants to work anymore! I have never had a problem with the pharmacists or technicians at this location. Always have been more than helpful to me.

The techs at this CVS go out of their way to help with RX discount cards and answering any questions you have. I have never been rushed here and each person gets the attention they need. This is something not often seen in healthcare at any level. Well done!

Excellent new CVS that is easy to get in to and out of. Has a pharmacy and just about everything else a CVS store has to offer. Friendly staff that takes the time to help you find what you need.

Pharmacy is way backed up. I have a prescription that was out in yesterday. It’s still not filled a day later. I went there & was told it would be ready & I will get text alert when ready. I am on phone now 25 min. Still on hold trying to see if it’s ready. Its been like this for a while prescriptions not getting filled right away. I get notified 2-3 days later it’s ready. Not ok.

Worknesh at the pharmacy was completely rude and had no customer service. Only reason I didn’t give a one star because my prescription was filled fast

I had a bad experience with a prescription at this location. I had one called in to this CVS since it was closer to where I was staying than my usual CVS. The prescription had been called in in the morning but when I went there in afternoon it had not been filled. My wife had a prescription sent there yesterday in the morning. When she went by in afternoon it had not been filled. She went back before they closed and waited in a line for quite a while . A person walked up , bypassing the line and started a discussion with the attendant in the pharmacy which caused the people in line to be neglected It seems they are shorthanded but this is not how to take care of customers. We are going make sure any future perceptions are sent to our old, more distant CVS.

Keep going because of the convenience of the location, however the worst pharmacy ever. Dr sends prescription and 3 days to get it right. after being told the day before by the pharmacist it could be ready in 20 minutes, decided to wait til next day, went back to pick up and was told no prescription was ready or in process. Even though you could see in my doctor's portal the prescription had been sent. My doctor called herself to speak to the pharmacist and resent, again had to call and push to get filled, by that time late in the day waited another day and then pharmacist calls out sick and closes down the pharmacy. Seriously disgusting. Apologies don't get you the medication you need. These workers don't care about you or your health issues. Unreliable pharmacy if you need your prescriptions reliably filled reconsider using this pharmacy.

I went to pick up prescriptions at 3:00 this afternoon at this CVS. The paper sign outside said ‘the pharmacy is closed today due to staffing issues’. Some people NEED to get their medicine today. The local medical community should be notified NOT to send prescriptions here as their ‘staffing issues’ may prevent their patients from getting them. Last month, the same store had a sign saying their drive up was closed because their ‘computer crashed’. It was closed for several days and disabled vets like me had to hobble in the store because they took days to fix the computer. This store needs new management and customer care badly!!

Go to get a prescription went up to let them know I was wanting to wait for it means it's a hour ride back to we're I live. Well wait then a young lady asks me my bday so I walk up to counter instead of yelling it out so everyone can hear me fidgured she needed more information means she was talking to me well (carlie) then another rude woman wearing purple shirt big girl curley hair basically tells me gtfow!!! Well sorry for u being rude to a customer!! But ur other employee was talking to me then they call my name she basically throws my medicine at me! Are u kidding me!!! That is not treating your customers right!! Or with respect!! Will be calling corporate!!

Literally the worst pharmacy, never filled my prescriptions on time because they had other priority meds according to the tech, I guess my heart medication isn’t a “priority” expect to wait 20+ mins in line and your prescriptions to never be ready on time!

To sum it up customer service sucks here rude young girl (Nicole) doesn’t want to help has attitude. No customer service skills what so ever! If you don’t like your job and don’t want to help customers then stay at home! Or get a job where there’s no people to help.
