I was in on Saturday (12/16) and experienced a negative situation at the checkout counter (Godiva section). Coach Galloway was exceptional in handling the matter. I walked away thoroughly impressed by her calmness, professionalism, attentiveness and understanding! Macy’s needs more employees who fully get “CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!”

It’s wonderful discounts on almost everything

I came in this store on my day off and bumped into some Ralph Lauren boat shoes, despite the price not being on the actual shoe, Mary and Tericita worked feverishly to find the price and make sure that I was happy. Both of these ladies exhibited good customer service, even when no one was looking. If you are their manager, please recognize both of them. Thank you ladies so so very much.

My most recent visit to Macy's in Manassas, Virginia, was actually pleasant. It appears that corporate is taking the time and care to upgrade the appearance of the store, in addition to the beautiful holiday decorations. I was especially awed by the huge flat screen high definition monitor in the "At Your Service - desk." Nice touch - while waiting to be served.😊 Thank you!

I did some shopping for my 2 year old daughter at Macy's. I was satisfied with the price. Some stores should not go out of business ever.

Mich of the inventory was depleted (Christmas time, so not surprising). We couldn't locate any employees, so we did not make any purchases

Well organized and clean place to shop. Was offering good deals and had fresh and clearance section in the back. This place offers makeup,perfumes, juilery and attached to Manassas Mall. Employees were friendless and helpful.

I wanted to buy Cologne for my uncle as my birthday gift and two ladies helped me out , they were so sweet&funny and they helped me find something under my budget . I would totally look for them again when I come back .

We had the best shopping experience, all thanks to Sofia in the backstage section. She was very helpful, friendly, and a hard worker. Great experience, we will shop there again!

Macy's in manassas is a good one I always find what I need great place

I had a wonderful experience this evening. I wanted to order something online for cyber Monday and was unable to negotiate the app. I went to my local Macy’s at Manassas Mall in Manassas Virginia. I was greeted by Jacob R and explained to him my dilemma. He was very patient with me and navigated me successfully to purchasing the item I was looking to purchase. He was not rushed with me despite holiday demands. I think he deserves a star above beyond else for his ability to take care of this matter And to be extremely kind. I will always think of him when I come to the store.

Macy’s great store , with good service

We were recently in the store just to return stuff. The queue was short and the return was quick and seamless. The customer service person (so sorry, I should have asked for her name) was very pleasant. Way to go and Merry Christmas, Dear Local Macys!!

Rose was very helpful. She is such a happy, cheerful person that it rubs off on you!!

Her skin glows and she even gave me some skincare tips!! Beats the boring experience of ordering online any day!!

Huge shout to Macey's security 👏 ! Was there last week during lunch hour, watched you guys get a suspected shoplifter like Ninja's ! Was quick and you got him back in the store asap! Great job!!!
