Fleet Feet - VA Runner

This was great. I am a plus sized woman with wide feet, and I really needed a comfortable sneaker with support. Ryan was fantastic, he measured my foot with a 3 D scan, watched my gait, and recommended which sneakers. He was very patient helping me try on different pairs. I found a pair that are perfect for me. My feet feel wonderful, and I am walking so much better.

Wow!!! Went in curious to do the scan and see what shoe recommendations were made. Everyone was so friendly and Denise was absolutely fantastic. She really took her time to go over all of the results with us and then brought out so many for us to try. She was so patient as we tried each pair and some of her recommendations were spot on. It really was a full experience and one that far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back!

I went to the Fleet Feet Northern Virginia location in Fredericksburg, based on a recommendation from a friend.

Upon walking in and explaining that I wanted to have my feet scanned so I'd finally know what type of shoe I should be wearing instead of trying different platforms without luck the staff member immediately helped me through the process. I must have tried on at least 6 pairs of shoes so we could dial in what did or didn't work for me, and we were already basing it on the high arches the scan indicated.

The staff member was very attentive and listened to my feedback on what did/didn't work for each shoe I tried on until we dialed it into the shoe that both felt the best while wearing it and was also appropriate for my feet.

Finally, the style consideration was already set from the last shoe the staff member brought out, as I'd explained that, as the last consideration, I did want something stylish on my feet. Therefore, the staff member did not bring out some boring grey or plain black shoe for me to try on. I got the right shoes and the best style in that shoe.

Denise was very helpful and knowledgeable about the designs of the different shoe brands. She gave me great and value added advice on the specific shoe that met my requirements. I ended up buying a higher quality walking/running shoe than I had expected for a better price. I also greatly appreciated the 1st responder/teacher discount.

We have been buying our sneakers here for many years. I really have no negatives-the help is great, the foot ID thing works well, they let you try on as many shoes as you want, and will help with any potential needed inserts. I also often get my running socks from here-they often have good deals. The return policy is amazing-60 days for any reason.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They sold me the right shoe for my foot and my feet are happy!! They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Fleet Feet. I've been a loyal customer since I moved here in 2019. Before that, I would buy my shoes there when I came to visit my kids. I love this store!

I’ve always been an athlete but not an avid runner so I have always run in whatever shoes I have. Today was the first time getting real running shoes and it was such a great and easy experience!! I’m so happy and my running shoes made me actually want to run- they fit so perfectly!! The people were so friendly and gave me their full attention (sorry I don’t remember names!!) and helped explain everything to me! So grateful:)

The staff were exception! We loved the 3D scan and the explanation of what fit would be best. They worked with us to find the exact right fit for our teenager.
