In the past week, I have been there for separate purchases that I absolutely love❣

Thank You and to let you know that the staff there is amazing, so very kind, so helpful, so friendly. They all should be compensated for their amazing customer service ❤ it's a rarity to find people that truly care about their job and their customers. They made my shopping experience very pleasant, fun and relaxing. Thank you so much ladies and gentleman ❤ The sweet guy in the stockroom moved mountains to find what I wanted.

The customer service people are all top level. They keep the store neat as a pin and well stocked so that it never looks tragic. My mother and I enjoy visiting Kirklands every season.

I’ve been a client of this store for a long time and I would usually go to Dulles and then Fairfax. I recently moved and was looking for one closer to me and found the Fredericksburg location. The best part was finding the employees of this store. My portrait didn’t fit in my car so Dorothy the women who worked there kindly helped me find a solution. Kirkland should be honored to have employees like her. The store was also well organized and clean.

Kirklands in Fredericksburg, VA. The staff was overall helpful but not overbearing. Special thanks to Michelle whose customer service went above and beyond. I have not been much of a Kirklands shopper before, but I will be going back now.

I frequent this store and really feel like I get some good deals. They’re pretty good at turning their inventory so there are new things to look at each time I go. I have a million of their lamps, holiday decor and wreaths. I always use the coupon they send to my e-mail and stack it with the military discount. Happy shopping!

Love shopping here. They have so many unique items that many other stores don't have. I always am draw to beautiful things I didn't come in for and leave the store with gifts to put away for special occasions.

Love Kirklands and the associates are always so helpful and nice. Its such a busy store and they still have a smile on their faces when helping and multi tasking...love the customer service. JORDAN!!

Love the random finds in this store. Staff is always friendly and sometimes there are hidden things for a great price without a coupon.
