Absolutely love Wild Birds Unlimited in Fredericksburg! The people here make the experience truly special – Caitlin and Tabatha are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally welcoming!

I buy all of my bird supplies here. The staff is always amazing. It's worth the visit just to see Felix and Fiona the cats.

The team members were very helpful to me in explaining how to set up my first bird feeder. It took several days for the birds to find my new "restaurant", but I am so pleased with the variety of birds coming to feed in my suburban neighborhood!

I rarely write reviews but this store is well deserving. I went in just looking for a new pole to hang my feeder and came out with not only that but a new feeder and some seed. The young gentleman at the counter which I forgot his name, was very helpful and knew the product. For being younger it seemed he truly cared about his job. At the end of the sale he helped me walk everything to the car. Great selection and amazing customer service!

After using the big box store bird food forever, decided to try Wild Birds Unlimited in Fredericksburg to see if it was worth all the hype. Got to tell you, there should really be more hype about this local business. If you enjoy birds, want quality food, outstanding customer service, and more birds in your yard than you've ever seen, then this is the place to go. Their knowledgeable staff helped me finally attract a hummingbird!!!! Oh and did I mention, the food?!? The birds love it!! Check out this daddy bluebird feeding his little one some mealworms. So excited to find this place and will never shop anywhere else.

The staff are awesome and friendly and very knowledgeable. The products are great quality and fair prices and they have tons and tons of stuff. They recently opened up the store website so you can shop online for store pick up or shipping.

The pole systems are the best quality I have found anywhere.

Reviews are not my thing but I was totally impressed with this place I couldn't let it slide. Visited the store the other day based off a friend's recommendation. I was promptly greeted by the store manager Stephanie. Not only was she friendly but she was very knowledgeable. Told her that I love feeding the birds but the squirrels and raccoons seem to eat more than my birds do. She suggested that I try the hot food since birds don't taste it but the squirrels do or get a raccoon baffle to keep them away. Wouldn't you know it, she was right! My birds are eating the spicy food in the yard and the bird feeders I have hanging on my pole are no longer a squirrel and raccoon feeder (she said I don't need spicy food in the ones where the racoon baffle is so that saved a little $$). My only regret is not buying a membership but don't worry, the next time I'm in I will get one for sure. You have an amazing store and great staff! Keep up the awesome work and service (thanks again Stephanie for your help)! Signed a new customer for life!

Excellent customer service. Stephanie helped us repair our squirrel-buster feeder that was damaged by a bear. She went out of her way to find the parts to fix it, and put it together for us. We bought a hummingbird feeder that is a unique design to allow for easier and thorough cleaning. We will be back on a regular basis.

I needed a birthday present for a bird lover and called the store for advice. I was not familiar with the items needed to buy for a specific bird. Caitlin answered the phone, and I was very lucky she did. She was very patient and took her time to explain all the different options, adding up the total amounts as I decided which items I wanted to get. Caitlin was knowledgable and efficient. When she found out the items were a present, she not only wrapped each item individually, but she wrote a sweet note to send with the package as well. Then she proceeded to make sure it got to FedX right away so that it would get there on time. Customer service was like in the old days. Very pleased with my experience.

I've shopped here for the last couple of years. Good quality seed. Nice mix of bird feed, good advise, and all the accessories that I need for the 8 feeding stations in my backyard. Locally owned & managed, and I always prefer to deal with locals when they supply good service! And the service here is excellant. I Strongly recommend this store!.

My husband and I walked in without a CLUE what the store was all about -- and we left as annual members! This place is AMAZING!

Not only is the staff incredibly kind, they're also incredibly knowledgeable! We learned SO much during our visit -- and not just about birds! Bees, butterflies, bats... This store is a haven for anyone who cares about nature and conservation.

It was really shocking to discover how much we were doing wrong in our bird feeding -- but this store and all of its products make it so easy to do it right! And the staff are so hands-on, so any questions you have are immediately answered. Definitely not something you can get with Amazon!

We left with a new feeder and seed, and a renewed desire to turn our yard into a happy ecosystem! So thankful for local businesses like this!

Lovely people, so helpful and knowledgeable. Weve bought all our feeders and equipment here, and continue to buy seed etc. Prices are higher than box stores, but so is the quality. And we love Oscar and Peanut, the store cats!

Great owners and an awesome staff. Their knowledge of the hobby is astounding and they're always full of advice for how to get all the best songbirds to my yard and keep the pesky squirrels at bay. Go visit. You won't regret it.

LOVE this place. All the staff are extremely helpful. The owners are a wealth of information. They have helped expand the bird activity in my backyard. I never knew how much I would enjoy bird watching. This is the birds "Target" (Gals, you KNOW what I mean!)

I always receive 5 star customer service from Stephanie! I follow her on Facebook and Instagram as she shares the most beautiful pictures of birds. She invited me to the Fredericksburg store, which was like walking into a toy store for bird lovers, and educated me on the different types of bird feeders and bird feed. I walked out of there with about 7 feeders, bird and squirrel food, and a huge smile on my face knowing my cardinals, blue birds, hummingbirds and squirrels were going to be so happy. Stephanie is a wealth of knowledge, passionate about what she does, and absolutely loves sharing with others. I love that her passion for birds has converted me into someone who enjoys it almost as much as she does. I am forever grateful for her invitation.

Love this store, Very friendly staff and owners...even on the busy days they work hard to get you your prouduct and they take it to your car and load it
