Would honestly say, a little less than five stars, however, more than four would be my true rating. Brand new store in tiptop shape, employees seem helpful and friendly, albeit a bit shy. Needed some coupon help at the register and the manager seemed a bit bothered, first impressions are everything. Prices are decent, however, I need consistent livestock supplies all the time and have found Murdochs to be a couple dollars on everything. So that being said, the coupon brought me in, yet, I have my loyalties elsewhere. For livestock supplies in this area, this store will do.

I needed some connectors for an irrigation project and was struggling finding the right sizing combination other places. I remembered that this store just opened and was close to me so stopped in. I still couldn’t find what I thought I needed, but Leo offered to help and after explaining what I was doing, he was able to guide me in assembling the combination of pieces to achieve the design I was putting together. Clean store, neatly stocked, and fantastic customer service.

This Murdoch in Johnstown was very helpful in my recent visit. They kept a sale item which was about to expire for me until I could get there the next day. Nicole and Leo were great.

Love this new store! All the employees are so helpful and friendly!! 🩷 I lost my receipt for an item that I had purchased at a different Murdochs and they found it in the system and exchanged it for a new one. Wonderful service. Wonderful employees! 😊

Been shopping for years at number of Murdochs but have to say this locations customer service was above and beyond. Leo was super attentive in a stock check and loading for me and every associate I interacted with was positive and accommodating- great employees from top down, thanks!
