Great unique grocery options. Fantastic place to stop for lunch. I love the sweet potato wedges with comeback sauce. And the vegan bahn mi was great with a gluten free bun. FYI the restaurant portion is not open on weekends.

We stopped here to have lunch because we had a gift certificate thanks to OVFF. The pita was delicious but I'd add some kind of sauce next time. My husband loved his burger and said he'd eat it again. They also have a grocery story along with the eatery. Including to go lunch options and harder to find items. We took home some amazing local grown garlic. Can't wait to come back.

I have been here twice and it’s always so fun to just look around and see what they have! A lot of local options mixed in with great brands that isn’t easy to find around the Ohio Valley. Highly recommend checking out their Kombucha selection and their “grab-and-go” section.

Definitely an amazing place to have in Wheeling. Their food is ALWAYS good. I have had a few of their specials and they have all been amazing. Their chicken pita that is a staple on their menu, is definitely a go to. I'm so excited they are now on Door Dash so when we don't feel like cooking, we can still have a healthier and always delicious option. Aside from their kitchen, having locally grown produce and meat is a great thing to have in the community. Love these guys!

A great organic one stop shop. Prices are little high but you definitely get great quality for what you pay for

the staff are very freindly and help those in need such as myself i and my fiance had been without food for two days and they helped us with food and drink i love this place the food was great and the staff are very kind i can recomend this place highly

The Public Market is one of the best establishments in Wheeling. Groceries are great, local, healthy, etc. Their breakfast and lunch is always unique and delicious. It's not the cheapest option, but it is worth it considering it is a local place that supports local farmers and provides great services. They sell many local items including art, candles, jams, etc. Employees are awesome.

The Public Market is outstanding. Fresh, organic produce, farm to table and much, much more - year round! And their lunches are delicious and nutritious. The 5 Oz. Local Beef burgers are the best around! No contest!

This place has amazing choices from the retail area to the kitchen. The breakfast crew catered to my vegan diet, even though I could have just ordered one of the vegan lunch options. Great service and awesome food!

I am here so much it's embarrassing. They have excellent local produce, and I have dreams about the seasonal Mortgage Saver tomatoes. (they are so delicious, if you are lucky enough to snag some!) Chef Melissa is also amazing. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. (I love the black bean burger and potato leek soup) The To Go section is always stocked with delicious meals and salads, and they have vegan options. The staff is super friendly and helpful, too. Shout out to Sarah & Mary! They also sell local art, and bread and goodies from Centre Market Bakery. Can't say enough positive things about Public Market. I'm so glad Wheeling has a local place like this!

Their produce is a great find fresh and wholesome. But they also carry cheeses, spices and juices that are wider variety than the supermarkets. If you use foodstamps then you save 50% on the price. If organics you want you will find them here.

Great place to shop for locally sourced grocery items. Everything is fresh but pricy. The good news is that SNAP recipients receive 50% off, when using an EBT card.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is one of my top favorite spots. They have so much to choose from with the vegan and organic genre. They are more expensive but worth it. They have locally made products as well

Love the place but unless your buying stuff with food stamps it's really expensive I think .Nice clean always having someone in there singer etc but

So glad I found out about this place! While the selection is relatively small, the quality is excellent and the staff was so friendly. Definitely the best place in the valley for organic and local food!

It has a lot of interesting items like some older stuff from Wheelings history and the food prices were ok
