Belk

" Gentlemen " HHI Belk is not your average Belk. The store is split into two. One store is (Men's & Home) and the other is (Wemen"s and Children's). The stores are not located side by side, so gentleman may may get lost...by lost I mean end up at one of the many bars by the stores. My wife liked it alot.

Our sales person was a delightful. One needs time to search through things, but many treasures at very good prices can be found. The store for men, which also has housewares, is located in a separate building than the one that houses women and children's clothing.

The hospitality here is so great, what it's supposed to be. Got measured for a tux for a wedding out of town and was just a great experience...and they didn't even charge me! Don't even bother going to the tailors on the island, just go here.

I was excited to find a dress I’d been searching for to celebrate NYE…and to find it on clearance was even better!

Great deals, very neat, organized and great customer service!! I shopped here at this location 2 days in a row! The manager Daphnie was very nice, professional and helpful, thank you sooo much Janice! Janice helped me and my friend find great deals while shopping and even assisted us with updating our Belk card.

Ordered a pair of Shoes online and wasn't crazy about them. Went to Belks shoe department to return. The barcode on the receipt didn't register but Sandra and another lady whose name I can't remember (sorry about that,) worked and completed my return. Great customer service! Love Belks.

Came to HHI this week. Our resort has several beautiful hot tubs, and of course I forgot my swimsuit! Trying to find a swimsuit in January is a bit of a wild goose chase, but Belk saved the day!! They actually have a great selection of swimsuits, even in January! So thankful!

I always walk away feeling like I got a great deal. The store has nice displays and the help is mostly very friendly and helpful. I love their app where you can check prices right on your phone...

I didn't shop the entire store. I was able to purchase what I was shopping for. I went at around 10:30am on a weekday. The area I shopped was tidy. The store was not overly crowded and there was no wait to check out. The app is great to use. You can scan items to see their sales price and use coupons sent to you in the app towards your purchase.

Everything was on sake. I bought 2 granddaughters a dress. 70% Off. Great sakes. Helpful staff.

I had a return to do because we visit from Ohio just a couple of times a year. We made a purchase in Sept and it broke a week after we got back to Ohio. We called and let them know what happened and they actually made a copy of what happened, so when we returned the item in Feb they retrieved their copy and exchanged the item no problem. Very impressed with their customer service.
