New to this area and was glad I happen upon this Food Lion, it's close to home and the cashier today was so kind and very friendly, even though it was really close to the time for her to get off, she gladly allowed two other customers to come through her line. She was all smiles the entire time, that's excellent Customer Service!

Even during the food shortage, the employees are working hard to what they can to put out what they have. Food Lion's prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the selection/variety, store cleanliness, and customer service is 1000 times better. Not to mention, the stores are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. I also love that they have Cashiers who ring up and bag your groceries! Walmart expects their customers to do those things themselves. 👎

I came in needing a birthday cake for my husband and was able to work with a woman in the bakery to make my husband a very cute cake. She was extremely helpful and the cake was delicious. I would highly recommend the bakery service!

Bought food for work and realized as soon as I got to my job, items were missing! I called Food Lion immediately. I was super angry but thankfully Tanya the CS Mgr told me she would make everything right. She looked at the video and even though she couldn’t see that I didn’t get my items she still made good and not only replaced the items I was missing but also gave me a $10 gift card to Food Lion AND best of all brought me my (7) missing items when she got off because I work in Home Health and can’t leave my patient. She definitely went above and beyond even when I wasn’t the calmest upon first calling! I’m the type of person that will travel further and spend more money to shop somewhere I’m valued and treated like I’m appreciated. Food Lion has definitely earned my business and showed me that they appreciate me. And also I don’t know how long Tanya has been at the Brentwood Food Lion in Wilson NC but she is very kind, fair and definitely an asset to Food Lion! So thank you.
BTW I believe that my (7)items were given to an older lady in front of me because they had to suspend her order and put bags in her cart followed by moving her to a different lane to check her out. While 2 employees where doing this my items where being scanned. Simple mistake.

I've started going to this Food Lion rather than going to one that's closer to my house. The reason, no self check-outs. And at times it seems to be better stocked.

My daughter went for a quick shopping trip today at Food Lion. She has an autoimmune disease and is on disability. When she went to the register to pay her card was denied. She is very conscientious about her account and knew she had money in her account to pay for her purchase. She was getting frustrated by this so the manager was called. Once he found out what the problem was he pulled out his wallet and paid for her purchase then looked at her and told het to have a great day! OMG! My daughter was shocked and didn't understand what happened. When she left the store she called me to tell me about her experience. I too work for Food Lion but in another town. I can only say how proud I am to work for a company that has great people in leadership positions like Mr Reeves. He does not know me but I intend to personally thank him and repay him for his generosity and understanding !

We had to come here because the Walmart down the road no longer made their own subs and had no selection. The deli section of food Lion did and I got a great sub for under five bucks.

Visit Food Lion 1 - 2 times every week. Prices are reasonable and fruits and veggies are always fresh. Store is always kept neat, orderly and clean. I would recommend Food Lion to anyone for their grocery needs.

Took a elderly lady shopping. She found everything she wanted. The lady at check out couldn’t have been any nicer to her. She was very nice and sweet.

I am always saving money at Food Lion whenever I use my MVP card. They have fresh merchandise.

I love Food Lion.... It a great place to shop. And they have deals almost every week. Not like Wal-Mart . I save more and get more. As long as it is on sale. If not then go to Wal-Mart.
