I made good on some coupons I had and it is worth it! It must be a mystery how some people get lovely service while others don't get very good service at all! There are lotto tickets and lots of small travel items to be got here, gotta like the service 24 hour service (NEVER CLOSED)!

For starters, there have been at least four times that I've had expired food from here. There is never any SLICES of pizza past four in the afternoon. This complaint is about the failure of the past 7/11 day. I came in at 8:03 for my slurpee. I made my children download the app because NOW, that's the only way to get your free one. This locations machine was not working. The cashier stated that even if it was working, it being past 8, the offer was over. So because I had to work with overtime, I can't participate in getting a free slurpee. I found it suspicious that the machine conveniently didn't work. Sure enough, at 6 the next morning the machine was on. From previous experience, I cannot remember a 7/11 machine being serviced THAT FAST. Overnight? Seems to me the machine was never broken, here is why I feel like that. It clearly states in the app that 7-Eleven reward users would get another free slurpee to use for the rest of the month of July. So since we didn't get to enjoy our slurpees on 7-Eleven day, we went the next day to recoup a free slurpee. The slurpee wasn't free at this location, it was only discounted $0.39 so a dollar still had to be paid. How is that free ? That just shows me the owner didn't want to give out free slurpees at all. Hence the 'broken" (heavy quotations) machine. On top of that, their customer service leaves much to the imagination. You shouldn't have to only go at specific times to get a specific cashier to get a specific service. Everybody needs to be trained to give every customer the same quality, attention, care, and patience. I have reached out to the 7-Eleven corporation several times and have gotten plenty of free points, but nothing ever changes in this establishment. It's the closest one to my home, but I will go to the one on Commack road in Islip before I go to this one. I find it humorous that the owner replied to this, wanting to know what can be fixed. Every time I've complained to the corporation and have come in afterwards to see if anything has changed, I can sense a change in their demeanor towards me. They know I was the one who made the complaint. But it never gets better. Do without what you will reader.

I've been going to this 7-11 for years and apparently they treated my Aunt very badly this morning, yelling at her and ridiculing her, charging her double for her coffee and making fun of her hat.

If you guys enjoy being charged double randomly for your coffee or being made fun of for what you are wearing, please continue to come to this 7-11. But if you really don't like being harassed, go elsewhere for your coffee.

I called to ask how much something was and the woman (with an accent so heavy you couldn't understand her) rushed through the prices and said "I'm busy goodbye"
