7-Eleven

The new store is great. I have no idea why all the reviews are from the old Sayville store on Sunrise before they moved out of the shopping center. Clean, well stocked, nice people working.

Amazing new store. Really big and lots of new machines and products. Really clean and the staff is always friendly. I am so happy that they have gas too, it's so convenient on sunrise highway since there's not that many around. My quick srop for all my needs!

Decent 7-Eleven, I didn’t think they had Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, but they did which I was very proud of. However, I was also looking for ice, and then I asked the worker where it was and he said it was back by the Ice Cream. The worker was nice, but it makes it easier when the ice is near the drinks because that’s what ice is meant for. Overall, this 7-Eleven is nice and I also like coming here to buy a lottery ticket.

Only place open late... and when you need milk... Sux when you won't be able to fit anything through the drawer hatch thing at the gas station.

Large lot, larger, more open location than most. Clean, quick service.

I like 711 but but now I'm gonna work there gas is very overpriced when you look at the other stations in the area there are always 2025 cents more I don't sense more I think that's a little bit ridiculous they catch you and they get you because you're there I wish they would change their policy on this and become a little bit more reasonable.

Coffee counter has always been dirty and sticky when I go there. It never seems to be cleaned up.

The senior employee was asleep with his head down ON his register while the other one was using a milk crate to sit behind his station while scrolling on their phone. Neither one was responsive about patrons being in the establishment until approached directly to purchase items at the register, to which the younger seated employee looked up at us but offered no help until the senior employee roused awake and assisted us. Items were understocked, and Assistance was nonexistent. No one appears to know what they’re doing at all, and even seem to actively avoid the customers. I know that 7-Eleven designs their establishments to be as efficient as possible and this is a wild disgrace.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I had a pick-up Uber order. The owner gave my order away to a driver by mistake, and when I came in to pick it up he was very rude and apathetic about his mistake. He did not apologize or try to compensate me in any way. Don't shop here. Obviously this guy either has a problem with women, people of color, or both.

The lazy worker with the hat on backwards, glasses and unshaven face just argued with me about whether I did or didn’t ask for a bag prior to ringing me up. He legitimately said that I didn’t, and how “all of the customers say that”. He argued in front of other customers too. Now the reason why he didn’t hear me say that is because he wasn’t paying attention and was instead paying attention to the super efficient male worker at the other register who was interacting with a female customer asking for scratch offs. Aside from him being rude he’s also obviously doesn’t take any pride in his appearance, hat on backwards, unshaven, messy and sloppy clothes. It’s obvious he does not care one iota that he’s working with the general public. This happened today at 2:50 pm.

Unsafe and unsanitary food practices. I saw them putting donuts back in the case that a customer brought with their bare hands to the counter, then decided not to buy. The clerk with his bare hands walked him back to the counter and put the donuts in the case, so now the person who eats that donut had to sets of unclean hands all over their food./donuts absolutely disgusting.
