Love Shine Tea

Michelle’s food is just what the area needs. As an omnivore, sometimes I need a break from the fried, protein and dairy heavy foods that are pretty easy to find around here. It’s a welcome alternative on days when I want something a little lighter and made with fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Also, I’ve truly enjoyed stopping by to get tea to take home! Love Shine’s selection is very good and will likely only grow. I definitely encourage people to get some loose leaf tea and a stainless filter or bags to make a cup at home. The quality is exceptional.

Recommendations: the bagel sandwich with hummus, house made pickles and sprouts is a flavor bomb! And the golden milk latte with oat milk is delicious too! Both pictured.

A great addition to downtown Schoharie with unique baked goodies and classics. They have Sandwiches with many fillers to choose from and bagels or croissants to build upon. They carry many kinds of cold and hot tea and coffees, with many cream and sweetener choices. "Just let your LOVE SHINE, over a cup of TEA"

Since day one of being open this has been a fast new favorite. My family and I love visiting. Incredibly welcoming atmosphere and staff and the best variety for pastries and snacks! Thanks to this place, I finally got to try donuts from an Albany bake shop that I never had a chance to get to otherwise! So many locally sourced products chosen with such care and consideration. Also - great place for kids!

I am so happy to see such a warm and welcoming Community business in my hometown! Michelle has amazing, locally sourced products, supporting local farmers, other small businesses and even an animal sanctuary!

The focus on many plant-based products with healthy, simple ingredients is a wonderful addition to the Village.

The only tea I’ve had so far is chai… And it is out of this world in my opinion. I have also eaten some of the scones and donuts… Limited selection that seems to come from well-established bakeries in the capital region, but they are excellent. There is also a small refrigerator in the back where you can get some other vegetable products, and some frozen/refrigerated, baked goods like whole breads or muffins. Worth to stop by.

Vegan and gf friendly great food, coffee and tea. Excellent little tea shop. An absolute must stop for the best bagels home made cream cheese, donuts etc the owner is such great vibes too! Loving atmosphere

I hosted a small event here, and Michelle went out of her way to make sure we were all comfortable. While she does not focus on coffee, the cuppa I had was delish. I am also glad to have a place where my friend with allergies can go. Thank you!

Wonderful selection of teas and delicious baked goods. My grandson loves to play with all the toys in the children’s corner. Love the decor. The owner is a sweetheart! Highly recommend!

Love this place! Can't wait to watch the menu continue to grow and expand. So many fresh and tasty options! We also use the stainless steel pour over coffee filter we bought here every day at home.

A friend and had the chance to go to the tea shop and I had a lovely cup of soulful tea I found it very pleasant. The owner makes many fresh baked goods. I will revisit soon 👍
