I went into the store on Saturday and I left very happy. The gentleman who waited on me was very knowledgeable. He let me make my own decision about which phone would suit me best after he described different features. He went out of his way to get me a blue tooth. I AM VERY SATISFIED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The service was amazing Michael and I that's my son. Had fun got great deals on our upgrades so helpful... who knew how much laughter could be on just upgraded phones...excellent service the young lady was professionally amazing with her customer service ... she even had a customer who was so rude while we were there because you know it takes a while to switch phones over we even let her pay her bill just to get her out of there great customer service from her and my son who works at Lowe's... I personally know I couldn't do retail god bless retail people because I know I would be going to hell or jail

I've been with cricket for at least 10 years and I stay with them becuz they are awesome. They offer bridge payments if phone gets shut off once bill paid phone back on with no reactivation fee no contracts to deal with and unlimited everything what more could you ask for all u have to do is buy your phone and they have many to choose from. Thanx cricket you're the best
