Maverik

I work graveyards and this is my go to store, nightly, sometimes 2-3 stops throughout my shift on the road. They have become my go-to place for coffee over the last few months, freshly ground, good flavor. The hot and ready food is actually good, surprisingly. Finished work around 5am and was craving a breakfast sandwich, mcdonalds closed, burger king closed. Maverik not only had hot sandwiches just made, but 3 or 4 different types of breakfast sandwiches. French toast sandwich, donut sandwich, sausage biscuit, sausage english muffin, breakfast burritos, and you can make to order just how you want it.

MOST of all.... The customer service is phenomenal here, working on the road locally 10-12 hours a night I visit 1-3 gas stations, every night. Neil, Terry, & Sammie interact with me the most. Always greeted when coming in, always friendly. Just feels really good to have a nice, friendly, clean store. The funny thing is I never realized how much I appreciated this store until I received the above and beyond services from them, setting this place apart from competition. As a business manager it is noticed and should be noted by the management at this location. They make my work nights just a little better. I drive out of my way to visit this location because of the service here. Lastly, I love the donuts here lol. Thank you!!!

I love Maverik stations. Mainly because of the rewards points you can accumulate for free items, gift cards you can use for gas or food, and that the store and bathroom are always clean. It's all worth it for me to go a little out of my way to visit any of their locations.

They're always friendly there and usually have what I'm going for. Not bad for overnight needs, all the other places in this area close overnight and I'd rather go here than somewhere on Virginia

Best place to get an Icee/Slurpee/Chiller, and if you get the maverik card you can save 2 cents every gallon. This place is b*tchin

You can go in there and everything is not stocked and very big store and very kind gentlemen that I see everytime I go in there he always stuck up at the counter by himself and he has a line and all ur other employees are just standing there and not getting up to the regerster to help him.. messed up also I went to get 50.00 in gas and they put on another pump other than pump I said so someone got my gas and they wouldn't give me my money back or my gas.

Its a good store except that the big guy behind the counter was rude a very stinking like he hasn't took a shower in weeks.

WORST BATHROOMS I’ve EVER seen. Giving two stars since I’ve only been here once, however; I will definitely be going to a different gas station when I roll through Reno again. (Along with everyone else, apparently)

Maverick is one of our fav gas stations and we felt at home pulling into the parking lot. We slept a few hours in the parking lot after driving through the night for ten hours. When we woke up we wanted coffee before hitting the road to our destination (Vegas).

Just like other reviews before me, I 100% agree with the fact that there were 6 (or more) employees running around and I feel like none of them were doing anything other then running around with coffee in their hands inside and outside as if they were chicken’s with their heads off. While I went to the bathroom my boyfriend purchased coffee. The guy at the register was unfriendly, no employees greeted us, one of them yelled to all the rest of them “can I get someone to fill up the coffees?!”…

The bathrooms was the worst of our visit to only this location. I’ve seen rest areas, outdoor bathrooms, camping sites, and middle of nowhere small-town low-budget gas stations with cleaner bathrooms. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the worst bathroom I’ve ever been in. Every single toilet was beyond dirty with tons of trash inside the toilets, plus completely trashed toilet paper everywhere. NEVER again & borderline traumatized!!

Always a long line and one cashier most employees don't say hi or much of anything and if more than one worker they ignore there guests

As usual fountain is mostly empty. Slush machine dispenses unfrozen drinks despite saying ready to serve. No hot food. Stopping here is a waste of time.

This Maverik treats all of their customers as if they were homeless and just want to pee on walls and steal. I come in nicely dressed, constantly buy beverages using Maverik branded containers I've previously bought, and get gas regularly. However, employees show no ounce of care towards their fellow man as they walk through those doors. Instead, you feel like you're being watched from every corner. Bathrooms are closed when I came by at 11pm. If there was an option to be let in, it was not offered.

If you want to be treated like cattle and herded in and out, this is the place. It's no wonder they treat people the way they do.... they get what they attract. Go visit another Maverik.

My credit card was placed on a security hold after 1 of their cashiers tried to push a $175 transaction through upon me purchase $30 of gas. I will not be back to ANY Maverick due to some of their "not so honest " employees

My first visit to this Maverik location. Staff VERY rude at this one. I have a backpack purse and was very rudely told I had to leave my purse at the front of the store. I carry this bag everywhere and this is the first time I have EVER been asked to just leave it at the front of a store. No way am I leaving my PURSE at the front of the store for someone to take. Teach your staff not EVERYONE that enters your store is a CRIMINAL. Not a way to do business. I'll go an extra block to shop and get gas elsewhere.
