the people who work here are super nice. sometimes there is a wait but they do their best to get the line moving. I would rather go here than any other store.

I know that a few years ago I rated this place with 5 stars, BUT I must say that they CONTINUE with excellent service! Every single employee is AMAZING, I can’t even say that one is better than the other. If it’s not Jim’s patience and knowledge or Mihir’s amazing customer service, then it’s the fact that they are soo fast and so willing to help (even above their call of duty)!
This morning just confirmed to me how amazing these people are! I came in with several different Amazon box returns and both Jim and Mihir were willing to jump right in and help me! When the store got busy Jim helped the other customers immediately and Mihir was double tasking!!
Best UPS by far… definitely worth the extra drive to Spotswood.

Contrary to the other reviews, I found this UPS store amazing. I sent a package to my granddaughter and inadvertently used the wrong street number. I called the store; they immediately called UPS in Columbus, Ohio, and the problem was resolved asap. One happy customer here.

Customer service is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But the reason I like them the best is my packages always make it to their destination on time. I have had to use other UPS Stores and my packages are always delayed a day or two. Best UPS Store.

I love this store. I use it to send all my packages now and have always found the staff to be courteous and friendly. I also love that there is a Notary available. Recently, I needed to send two items via freight. UPS took care of packing the merchandise...one was a set of bi-fold doors and the other a bookcase...as well as shipping it. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the care that they took with both of these items, both of which arrived at their destination without a scratch and in only two days! I have also used them to pack up all the Christmas gifts that I send to my son and his family, who live 1,200 miles away from me. I decorate all my packages and they take care that my bows, etc., stay the way they should be. This store has an awesome team!

This is one of the best Ups Stores around! It’s my definite go to place for shipping and all my Amazon returns. The staff is professional, courteous, and quick. One time it was after the store closed and the gentleman still opened the door a d let me do a return! He was so kind!

I had a return that needed a print out from my iphone, ended up getting my iPod due to a problem accessing my email.

5 STARS!!! - I had, what seemed like an odd request for UPS store 4925 in Spotswood NJ. I had a guitar I need to ship. At face value it would seem a little complicated as guitars are fragile. But there is more to the story. I needed the guitar picked up, taken back to the UPS store, appropriately packaged then shipped. I was fortunate to connect with AJ on my first call. Not only was he polite, but he was extremely responsive and thorough. If I was able to provide more stars I would. This has to be one of the best customer service experience I have had in quite some time. All I can say is thank you AJ and thank you UPS!

Had a slightly complex situation today involving two international shipments. I won't go into details but resolution took considerable time and research that the staff and the owner did for me while I was at the location. I just wanted to thank them by letting others know how great they are.

I have a mailbox here, owner is pretty great. Never had issues with shipping packages. It is a popular location with alot of people shipping packages so there might be a slight wait to drop off your package or get service.

This is our go-to place for any shipping and notary services. The service is great and wait time is never too bad. Thank you!

The UPS store offers excellent prices on shipping, copying and print. Id ship stuff to my grandparents in Florida using them because of their reasonable shipping rates and there many convenient locations

Needed some small machinery packed off site near their location, they went to the site on schedule, packed everything up, kept in good communication with me to make sure all was done to my liking, and sent pics as things were being done, all products arrived perfectly, I was very satisfied with the service for the entire job.
