Employees are always friendly, polite, and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. I can usually get everything I need.

The place is clean and well organized and maintained. The staff were helpful and respectful.

Stopped after church and found everything I needed. Always a good experience! 😀

Wonderful! Love it when you can go in any Food Lion and know right where to go. They've made it so easy to find everything, the way they have set up all the stores the same. Super great idea! Especially for us older folks. Just saying...

Still extremely friendly employees, they didn't have my preferred brand of coffee creamer on the shelf.
I asked a lady if she would check to see if they had any in the back room.
Without hesitation, she went back there and came back with 3 containers of it.
I bought all 3.

I went to Food Lion this morning and a cashier named Angela came up and we started chatting. I mentioned the product I was looking for and she continued diligently to find it for me. It was a wonderful act of great customer service. Then I went to the dairy section and the shelf was empty for what I wanted. I asked a young man by the name Evan if they had you in the back. After looking for a bit of time he came out and scanned the code on the shelf. He said the scanner stated they had some but he had already looked everywhere. I thanked him for checking and continued to shop. Before I left the store he had found me with the product I had asked for. He had continued to look. Excellent customer service. You have an All-Star team playing this morning. Thank you

The cashier was so sweet and thanked us profusely for helping to bag our groceries. No need to stand there and watch her do it all! Kindness goes a long way. Also found everything I needed for our week's meals. A fine place to shop. Love the MVP sales too.

I have to revise my earlier assessment. As Food Lions all through the Southwest have improved immensely and if you sign up 4 MVP rewards and emails you can save so much more than ever before! Example I spent 41 dollars after MVP rewards and auto saving coupons my total was 19 dollars! The quality of merchandise and prices you just can't beat!👍👍

It is so easy to shop here to find what you need. The last and most memorable part of my shopping trek were the delightful cashiers. I wish they were like this back home in New York. If I were a billionaire, this whole store and it's personnel would be invited to move to my neighborhood. Thank you ladies regarding our discussion about retirement when paying for my groceries. You know who you are. You made my day! Thank you.

This store is clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and all of the employees were friendly, as always. All of the employees and customers were masked and socially distanced during today's visit. I like that they have someone stationed at the front of the store greeting customers and sanitizing carts.

This is my favorite food lion. They always have several lanes open and the employees are always very nice. I was using WIC vouchers and did not notice the date was for them to become valid the next day. One of the guys working in the produce saw what happened and offered me his own money to get a few items. Although I declined his offer I thought it was really great that an employee would offer to do that. They also have a really great management team.

Food Lion is doing a great job keeping up with stock. I actually found things which I normally get at WalMart that were cheaper, and Wal Mart was out of stock on these items. Then there is the staff. A lovely caring employee was getting products for customers from the back since they were not stocked yet. My most favorite was the cashier, Maya. She was energetic, efficient, professional and most of all, kind. She is management material!! Thanks, Food Lion, great job!

Very friendly and very helpful

This is a clean and well kept food lion. The produce is normally fresh and good. Meats are normally decent. I've been in some food lions that I do not care for but this one isn't bad at all.

I go to this Foodlion regularly. I have never had a bad experience here. The store is always clean. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and actually doing their jobs.

Thanks to all the hardworking employees at Northchase location. You're always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and neat. I appreciate you being there during these trying times!
