I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Miss Amy's jams are simply delicious. She uses only the freshest ingredients. I order a case at a time so that we are never without. My two favorite flavors Red Raspberry and Strawberry, but all are great. I also order gifts as this makes a special gift for birthdays and Christmas. Her honey and mustard are awesome too!

Placed an order online July 15, 2023 and have not received. My credit card was charged. I tried calling the store and email but have not received any response. Disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Awful experience. Placed an order a month ago and never recieved my item. Not even a refund. There is no communication, no working contact numbers, I even reached out on her social media and no response. Do not order from her, you will never recieve your order. I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my money and that's it.
