I come here often so I obviously love the place. My last visit, I needed help with finding a very specific screw. The woman behind the counter spent a lot of time helping me find the exact one. She really took the extra effort I needed to finish a small assembly/project I was working on. I appreciated it a lot!

I was introduced to Brinkman’s about five years ago when I moved to Bayport. I was immediately impressed by the feel of the Blue Point location, the layout of the store, and most importantly , by the way I was treated by the staff! The knowledgeable staff goes out of their way to help each customer find what they’re looking for, and answer any questions they might have. I have been a loyal customer for five years and have never been disappointed! Impossible to find a hardware store with a staff that is friendlier and more knowledgeable than the Brinkman’s staff. I have been equally satisfied with both the Blue Point and Sayville store.

Great hardware store when you don't wanna deal with the bigger chain places. This is also my Goto for propane refilling because they actually fill your tank to its capacity not like others. Always a friendly crew working and never a wait.

This store has everything you could possibly need. Super clean very organized...and wonderful friendly workers

The staff at the True Value in Blue Point are absolutely wonderful. Whether it’s a big or small project, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and generous with their time and information. It is always an excellent experience! Highly recommend.

Clean store helpful staff, alot of choices

Who wants to go to a Home Depot or a Lowe's, when you have your local hardware store with amazing Associates that always greet you with a smile. I remember when brinkman's expanded their store thinking this was going to be a win-win for the neighborhood. I probably pull into that hardware store maybe four times a week and they always have what I need for a small house projects or even boat projects I've been working on recently. Their staff is great! Casey and Rebecca are awesome. And Eric is the man and has always been able to solve what it is I'm looking for. So it's an absolute pleasure to be able to write this review for them. So what's more Americana than your local hardware store? Falls right in line with baseball and apple pie.

Shopping at Brinkmann's Blue Point is like visiting a family member when you need advice, doesn't matter who you speak with - every person is well versed in any and all details of whatever you may need. if they don't know the answer to your question, they'll page the right person to get the answer. everyone is professional and courteous. every business should run like this one does. I would not shop anywhere else!

The entire experience was exceptional. Needed to buy a grill and have it delivered same day.
Glad I asked as sales person made it happen.
Couple of hours later, new grill delivered and old one taken away.

The staff, manager (Rebecca), and delivery team (Quinn) at the Blue Point store are the best- very helpful and friendly. I am always very happy with the products and the service.

If they made a Brinkmann’s flag, I’d fly it on my flagpole. The staff is great, the products they stock are of good quality, and they’ve helped me salvage many home projects.

Phenomenal store with home town workers and owners. Everyone helps you fix anything and their expertise is second to one. They have everything in stock. Cool home town books are at the check out about local towns and history.

Good items to choose from and friendly staff

This store is great, wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been coming here since it has opened. Eric, Steve and the girls are the best and so helpful!
