Great beauty supply store, I been going here for 35 yrs. Nice prices, great deals, and I still go here today, they all are great people that work there and this is the only beauty supply store that I been going too for over 35 yrs. Great place.

I love coming in this store. Chuchu and Billy are always greeting you when you walk in. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in there also. Chu Chu is very friendly and a delight to talk to. I've witnessed some of the customers come in and be very rude and disrespectful for no other reason other than her race, not knowing she is just like us and can be a real big help with meeting their needs if allowed. This is the only beauty supply that I go to and will continue to go to. Excellent customer service and very hardworking as they are always there from open to closing I missed them when they left for a while but so glad they are back!

I always have a good experience when shopping at this location. Chu Chu and her husband are very kind. Its important to have a good reputation and respect for yourself and others when you conduct business. I love the environment and selection and the cleanliness of the store. Some people come in being disrespectful and that is a reflection of who they are not the business. The staff is very helpful.

I will come across town to go to this store. The manager is always nice and courteous! I've seen a lot of our people come in the store and act so rude for no reason. EVERYONE behind the counter gives great service.

Clean, neat, and great customer service here. I found my whole line of favorite regular hair products here. Probably would not find them anywhere else. I was a kid in a candy store. I definitely recommend and will be back to shop here for my hair care needs.

This is my favorite favorite beauty supply store! I don’t shop nowhere else but here! I can tell you that when they first open, I never went anywhere else! Why? Is because they are great people & great management. They keep the store fully stocked with new items, keep the store clean, and keep it well organized! They treat their customers with the highest respect ever! I love Chu Chu & Billy like they were my own family! When Chu Chu & Billy left for a short period of time.. I was really upset because I started seeing the store go downhill. The temporary managers that was in there was so rude & disrespectful & I couldn’t find none of the things I usually buy out the store. I’m very thankful that Chu Chu & Billy is back. The store is looking so good & stocked!!! I pray & hope they never leave us like that again! 🙏🏽

I’ve been going to this location since I’ve moved to Whitehaven and it is hands down the best beauty supply on the block. They have the best customer service hands down. Anyone writing a bad review on this place is a LIAR!!! I love the fact that they greet you when you come thru the door and ask if you need any assistance. This location and the one on Airways/Lamar will always get my business!
