Tops Markets

Stopped to order a custom cake for my wife's birthday, and our anniversary, on January 1st!
Met with a man at the deli counter who took me order and helped with suggestions, and even went so far as to set up a meeting between the person who is actually going to make the cake on order to go over the details.
He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me make this special for my wonderful wife after a very hard year!
I would recommend this market for everyday shopping, and even more, if you need a custom cake made just the way YOU want it done!
The people here go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied AND safe!!!
The place is spotless!

This our 'go to' store in the area. It's small, but easy to shop here. The staff is always nice and accommodating. They smile and and warm and friendly. Honestly, you don't see that much anymore.
They have an office for customer service. Stamps, lotto, questions, returns.
Atm and check cashing.
It's a great store with dinner ready food, deli, everything the big stores have.

Lov my Tops , a part of down home country goodness! Did holiday foodies , and bought some to take home 4 variety cake selection was uptown my expectations ... kudos to all along the line of manufacturing that one ! After many years I made it bake home to see my mother and half my brothers and sisters bought the cake to share , ty it was a nice top off with coffee .

I've always found great service and help with the workers; and the produce and items at this location are just as good as other bigger tops stores, it might be a smaller store with limited choices but they always have what my family needs.

Newfane's Tops has a great selection of all types of foods even though it is a small supermarket. Produce is fresh. Meat is good. Specials of the week prominently displayed.

They always have what I need and the customer service is great

I had a pleasant visit today at Tops Friendly Market. Every associate I encounter was helpful and curious. It's so nice to have a friendly neighbor market

The people who work at this Tops are all friendly and super helpful. The management is awesome! There's a large parking lot and the place is always clean.

I am grateful for this store. The staff has been helpful as well as the cashiers that gave this newcomer some helpful info.

Store is well stocked. Personnel are knowledgeable about where different items are located. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice clean store and nice employees as well. Has all specials in stock, not overwhelming like the larger Tops.

Newfane is fortunate to have a supermarket after periods of “drought”. It may not be big but it has friendly staff and most of what you need.

Love this little tops. It have great verities for such a small store. The workers are nice country people.

No Toilet Paper and Disinfectants. The People in this Town went crazy and forgot about the rest of the People in Town. I went back 2 days later all the milk and dairy products were wiped out along with meats and fowl. Made me sick to see that people only care about themselves.

Well put together for a small size, small town store. Lucky to have this available.

It's good store not to big you can find d what you want fast.the store is very clean and the workers are very nice and helpful.
