Duty Free

Maybe I am believing in second chances today: New Years Day and all that…
I just about lost it when I came here in the summer, wanted the most basic Marlboro reds are, and they didn’t see the need in stocking duty free staples.
Happy to report that it appears that they have done a bit of research, upping their ante a little in selection.
As the local guide pointed out, the store is no bigger than my closet but at least they have stock that will appease your average duty-free shopper with size constraints like that…

Would rate it zero if I could! I was promised a vanilla perfume by the lady with the last name “Tanko”. (She also refused to give us her first name). Bought the “vanilla” perfume as there were no samples and she said it was the only vanilla perfume they had. Come to find out it was a floral scent, I go back to return it a few days later and they refused to return it without receipt … and they never gave us the receipt to begin with. We had the Credit card statement of the purchase and they still refused to return. Also wouldn’t give us a manager email or phone number. Anyways if you have to buy perfume. DONT COME HERE!! Rude staff and they obviously don’t know what they’re talking about nor do they sell in an ethical manner. Don’t even waste your time.

Disappointed that for the second time this year, in my rush I did not check the price of the alcohol I bought at the duty free store in LGA terminal b. this time it was 20% more expensive than LCBO. There is no way that this is duty free.

The WORST duty free I’ve ever been to (possibly in the world). It’s about 10 foot by 8 foot. Definitely must hit the place if you’re dying for a giant tube of mentos, or some generic Hershey kisses. Absolutely useless for anything outside of a VERY small overpriced selection of alcohol.

If i could give it 0 stars I would, spent $100 on some items - attendant guaranteed that items would be delivered to the gate ontime - didnt make it and had to board the flight and leave without having the items I paid for. There is no phone number on the receipt and I paid with cash so im unsure how i will receive my refund,

The worst duty free selection I've ever seen. I thought this was America
