This place is great. I went in there with Pinterest pictures and the gentleman were able to help me choose EXACTLY what I was looking for. Plus, he paint matched my trim for me. Overall, just a great experience and place.

I was frustrated that the paint sample I took into the store could not be mixed correctly. After two visits back I finally just had them credit my account.

Have you ever walked into a place of business and got that immediate negative vibe from the employees who work there? Like there’s not a happy sole in the place who really want to do their job? There is a reason for this at Spectrum Paint. Its all due to a culture that mismanages employees through attitude and intimidation instead of real leadership. Proven within that kind of environment you’re going to turn out a bad product eventually simply because you’ve taken away your employees reason to care. Period.
