Rite Aid

The Rite Aid in Dewitt is one of the best stores in the chain. It has a hometown feel and care about all their customers. I have been going to the store for over 20 years and have always been satisfied.

Store was very clean and orderly, well supplied and prices visible. Staff in both pharmacy and Front register went above and beyond to answer questions and assist me in the purpose of my visit. I would definitely visit the Dewitt Rite Aid again.

I love my Rite Aid! All of the associates are so sweet. They are always recommending a new snack or drink to me. I have tried things I wouldn't normally and have bought them over and over again. The pharmacy is always fast with preparing my prescriptions and don't mind my constant phone calls about them.

Glad to have you in our neighborhood. A great store, great staff and we are lucky to have you.

Love this location the employees are all so wonderful and friendly! I love the fact that I have been a gold member at Rite Aids since 2010 so I basically get 20% anything that’s not on sale and they always have good sales. I used to live in Haslett and the Rite Aide off Saginaw was bigger and has more of a selection and it was newer. This one is smaller but it doesn’t matter because I have yet to not be able to find the things I need at this location. Always a nice experience no matter what!

Always friendly and usually no line when I go. Fun store to shop at, they have interesting toys and even blank cassette tapes!

About the same as it’s always been; a little dirty, well stocked, nice clerks and no public restroom. It’s like a hole in the wall stop and shop with a pharmacy. Oh well, at least there’s Mexican food next door.

This Rite Aid store in Dewitt Michigan, store 01483, at the front counter is deemed inappropriate. Created an issue for no reason but (hers) and I’ve been a customer there for 6 years to help pick up prescriptions for my folks and myself. One of the employees there had to hand my pocket change way up high and said here’s a bunch of silver coins rudely, which wasn’t silver, lol, and she slandered about me with a made up subject to other employees in aisle five WHEN I’ve never done anything wrong at this place. Never, and I’ve been a loyal customer. I had to call one of the Rite aid agents to address this issue that needed to be addressed. It’s unreal and no Rite aid Customers should be treated this way. She wouldn’t serve me at the register but had someone else to take over just because I made a report with the agent addressing this unexceptional behavior as an employee. Trust me, but not lightly. I had to call the company roughly five times. When I ring the bell at the front counter, she doesn’t like it, and said hey Mr! I don’t know what’s going on but the behavior with this employee it’s unacceptable. It’s been rumored in this store by her to one of the employees. And calling the Rite Aid main agent addressing concerns isn’t considered harassment but addressing those concern for the companies’ best interest to better the service for the Rite Aid customers. Not to mention that she wanted to talk to my mother when I don’t live with her and I’m in my 50s. That was ridiculous and hopefully you never had to run into this kind of situation like I did. One employee made it all up just to start something that was invalid. That’s my review for this store location. But remember, not all are like this but this one just didn’t go well. One star for this front store counter. Thank you.

Totally shocked how this location is being managed. I've been coming here for years and in the last handful of months it's going down hill FAST. Shelves are empty. Poor Denise is the only employee I ever see there doing anything (besides pharmacy staff, not counting them in this review), that woman needs a raise ASAP. She's running around trying to stock and cashier while some manager sits in the manager box in the corner watching/letting the line grow. Rite aid corporate get on this, I can tell you this community will stop coming if service like this is provided.

This store is forgotten my Rite Aid.
It's so worn out and beaten up as to be embarrassing.
They take us for granted but now we have many other choices in town and I will use ANYONE else.

The employees are nice but I overheard that they weren't letting an employee go home when she was coughing and sneezing. No issues with the employees. I have issues with the higher up.
