Ultimate Truck Off Road

I was in the market for a soft cover for my '01 Ram and had another truck accessory outlet refuse to sell me a short-bed cover because the tool box and stacks made it a custom length. I didn't want to give almost 2x the price for the factory unit, so I tried Ultimate Truck.
The salesman worked with me, and his customer service was on-freakin-point. Highly recommend UT, from my experience they're the best accessory place in town.

This store/crew did an excellent job lifting my Jeep. We had them lift it and replace the wheels/tires. We did have to wait a couple of weeks to get it taken care of but it was worth the wait. Nate was our point of contact for the makeover. Overall ecstatic and can’t give this store high enough praise for what they did!

Knowledgeable staff and fair prices. Had tint and running boards installed on tacoma in a few hours at a fair price. Will use them for tint and any upgrades to tires or suspension in future.

I had them install a lift kit on my Tacoma and they did excellent work! There was a huge delay with the parts at the manufacturer but they went out of their way to find another source for the parts and had the actual installation and some other repair work done incredibly fast. I will definitely go back to them in the future for the next upgrades I have planned.

Good people, lots of knowledge about the products. The prices are good for a specialty shop. Anyone can order things online but if you want expert advice and service, pay a little more to support a local business and be sure your project is right the first time. I have been buying truck and Jeep accessories from them since before Amazon even existed. They’re here for the long haul.

Stopped in for the first time a few days back, not knowing exactly what I was wanting. Was looking for a new tonneau cover, mud flaps and running boards for my new truck. Had a bit of a wait the first time as they were busy, but was soon greeted by a very knowledgeable sales representative, Nate Kimball. He listened to my needs and made great recommendations. I finally came back to make my purchase today and once again worked with Nate and Marty. Both guys were professional and very helpful.

Marty and Matt are great to work with. Specifically, speaking with Marty, he was always responsive, congenial and very helpful. Marty took care of my needs and explained the dynamic of the issues I was having.

However, Eric of the service department was a bit difficult to deal with. Utilize the customer service in the front for a better experience.

Wow. Wanted to start this off by saying how great of customer service these guys give you. Went in there with a little bit of a problem, the front of my truck was pointed up into the sky and the back was real low. Bummer right? Well I ran into the guys over at Ultimate Truck at Walmart and he told me about the amazing service they provide. They made me straight again! From locally hated; to now my father loves me again! The guys at Ultimate Truck were awesome! They answered all my questions, gave me excellent recommendations for wheel/tire and lift combinations that I was interested in and had the installation done in no time. I purchased my lift (3.5 inch Rough Country) online then decided I did not want to tackle the front end install. I went to a different shop that refused to install a lift that they didnt sell so I ended up at Ultimate. I came in and explained that I already had the lift and that I planned on installing the rear and only wanted them to do the front. They didn't complain about the smaller job with no parts sales and got me scheduled. On the day of install they got my truck knocked out quick and fell right on the estimated price. I would not hesitate to use them again for future use! Thanks guys!

I needed new shocks and this was one of the only places I could find that would install what I wanted, not what they sold. Pickup was done earlier than expected and install price was less that what they originally quoted! How often does that happen? Definitely will be at the top of my list when I need work done again.
